Labyrinth Tunnels Code11

Labyrinth Tunnels Code11

Labyrinth Tunnels Code11

If you're new here, start at the first labyrinth post. All the labyrinth posts live on the Power of Claw page.

This latest solution was a bit meta, wasn't it? I clicked the combination lock to "O-P-E-N," and that's exactly what the gate did. We found ourselves in an incredibly long and incredibly straight hallway that led straight to this door made of what looks like new-ish wood. It could also be wood that hasn't been disturbed for centuries--it's hard to tell down here.

This time the code is a little tough to read, since it's so tiny and high up. Here's my best attempt at photographing it in this low light:

Can anyone help?

NOTES:

1. Thanks to Little Crow for the, er, enthusiastic guest post yesterday.

2. Here's the latest bark update from old badger, who is sipping about five cups of green-stone tea per day lately (we'll need to do another green stone run at this rate): -J-M-E-M-I-A-K-Z-G-E-F-H-P-Q-X-S-B-Y-W-R-C-T-O-N-U-V-D-L-.

3. I miss the sun. And yeah, that's coming from a Sprocketville bunker boy. I wonder how Dr. Sheepshank and the rest of the Cypher Labs folks are doing up there.

4. Who won the last few flying races, and Little Crow seems to have given up for a while. Knowing him, though, he'll challenge that owl first thing tomorrow.

5. Silverpaw still snores.

6. B.I.G. is still suspiciously quiet up there. Either the tunnels have taken us far away from them, or they've finished their work, or something else is up.

First to post because it was 10 then suddenly it was 11 after a few minutes. Silverpaw is down there SNORING? Silverpaw being leader of the orders of stealth, it's kinda ironic how LOUD he could be when sleeping when the orders of stealth are supposed to be SNEAKY.

Anyways, the last image didn't appear for me for some reason.

WHY ARE THERE SO MANY LOCKS? It is CRAZY long. The tunnels should be ending soon, because i don't want to reach code 13...

Storm its me windswift! There's something wrong,  I've been down here for several days now, and its like my wing just started to disappear.  I mean it didn't go poof, but every few hours I can notice bits of my wing just disappearing.  And its spreading storm, it'll be only a matter of time before there's nothing of me left.   I need help!

MoonRacer trudged along, looking at the shadows cast by her torch. She decided it would be okay to shift, as long as no one else came through the tunnel. There was something here that her human nose could very faintly detect, something that her dragon form would smell in an instant. She put her snout against the ground, the scent almost like a message.

Fear. That could have only come from Windswift, due to his crumbling wing. She searched for other traces of scent, but found none.

I must find Storm, she reasoned. Or it might be too late.

Code 13. ...And 17 will leave, 9 left over.

It's getting all sort of scary, isn't it? Oh yes! I love recreational mathematics!

CAPTCHA says fcmw. That's fantastic!

The code reads:(and tell me if I scrambled the lines)

We may deceive:

Our words conceal

The thoughts that lie

Behind the _ _ _ _

mind?

I think it's something to do with speech. If you're lying, your words conceal the thought behind your lies? Talk? Something like that? If it said in the blank, not behind the blank, I would go for mind.

ya im pretty sure its mind.

anyway....

Claaws flattened her ears and lowered her head as they walked into the tunnles. They were still light now...but Claaws could tell they wouldnt be soon. Slowyly they passed the first gate, wide open and almost welcoming. You, know besides the fact that darkness was starting to swallow the tunnles. It was like the darkness was a solid form, flouting around in almost cloud shapes. Suddenly Claaws saw another lightning bolt and her vision faded to black.

in and out. She kept blinking but her vision just went in and out. There were the tunnles that she was in, and a dark cave. She could pick up words between the in and outs, though it was strange...those words...  "AhHh....YoU WiLl MaKe A fAbOLuSe ToY.....FoX FrEiNd" "My, my name is Eli!" "Oh, ThAt WoNt Be ThE cAsE fOr LoNg, ToY."

The world came back to focuse around her, and she saw Cealani looking worriedly sown at her. "What was that?" He whispered.

Claaws glanced in the direction she sensed the other Power in. Whatever it was had Eli. "Nothing. Come, we must keep moving if we are ever to catch up with the origional team. They will be pleased to hear we have destroyed BIG. I dont know what they will think of Eico."

She guestered with her tail and they both strolled through the first dorway. Cealani in the air and Claaws on the ground.

Whatever that creature was wouldnt stand a chance against two Powers. And soon,

Eil will be safe.

MoonRacer came to a stop beside an icy cliff. She shifted into dragon form and pressed one paw against the cliff face. Then, only using her forepaw pressed on the rock face, she seeped it to the right and took her paw off the cliff. The icy cliff face slid to the right, following her movements. MoonRacer stepped inside and waved a paw across the entrance. The door slid back into place behind her as she walked down.

MoonRacer was an IceWater dragon, meaning she had traits of both ice and water dragons. Her ice-white scales were speckled with blue, and she would be able to survive in freezing environments. As she padded down into her home, only one thing was on her mind: help Claaws.

MoonRacer came to a stop in a central chamber. On an iron pedestal stood a glass sphere, the small inside filled with swirling patterns. Carefully, she opened her jaw and sighed in relief as a stream of mist came out, clouding over the spheres surface with frost. Without this, the sphere would not work. Cradling the globe in her talons, she whispered a single word:Eil.

The globe remained dark, as it did every time she called that name. MoonRacer tried Claaws next, and the sphere showed a blurry picture of Cealani and Claaws walking and flying through a doorway. At least she knew they were safe. Picking up a pen and paper, she wrote:  No luck this time.  -MoonRacer. Job done, MoonRacer curled around the cloudy sphere and went to sleep.

I think that it is head, face,or lips.

@Charlie, you spelled "Labyrinth" wrong! XD

Admin, "Labyrinth" is spelled wrong on Charlie's location field! Are you going to change it?

The remaining letters are:

-J-M-E-M-I-A-Z-G-E-F-H-W-R-C-T-U-L-

Don't know if these will be helpful, but, mabybe! It could be mind, or eyes? Or gate? Just throwin' them out here.

WELL actually

-J-M-E-M-I-A-Z-G-E-F-H-W-R-C-T-U-L-

-J-M-E-M-I-A-Z-G-E-F-H-W-R-C-T-U-V-L-

Wouldn't it be clever if the solution just happened to be that letter?

If we're still on the rhyme riddles, then it could be seal. I have no idea why it would fit but at least it rhymes.

Yeah, S-E-A-L does seem to work. And it makes sense to me!

Captcha named Meya says 'yzia' Why Zia? Does Zia mean Sophia, my story teller? Well if so, 'Zia' says, "I don't know you're talking about!"
