ANNOUNCEMENT: CYPHER LABS REVEALS NEW INVENTION

One month ago, no human had ever spoken with an animal in a language both could understand. But then suddenly the world changed—and it will keep changing—and we can’t wait.

Hello from Cypher Labs. We are a group of scientists and inventors. None of us are older than fifteen. But we didn’t let age stop us from inventing the device that gives our lab its name: the Cypher itself, a machine that can change animal speech into human words.

With the Cypher, you can speak with any animal, from a yawning sloth to a sassy anaconda. The Brazen Inquiry Guild (B.I.G.) called it a “truly marvelous invention.” Our boss, Dr. Sheepshank, called it “pretty good—now get me some more oolong tea.”

We haven’t mass-produced the Cypher yet, but if you’d like to speak with animals at home, we have developed a (much) simplified code based on the machine.

As an actual crow recently told us: in order to fly, you need wings. Here at Cypher, we strive to give your words wings.
