Star Trek!!!!! :)

Does anyone here know about Star Trek?  There are the original "The Kirk" episodes, "The Kirk" movies, "Star Trek: The Next Generation" episodes, etc.  It's fun watching the original episodes with Cap'n Kirk, because they're hilarious.  My brother (Phsychoducky) and I like to watch them and snicker at them.  For example, when Spock goes to Vulcan, we would mutter: "Captain, my tricorder readings indicate that the rocks are made out of foam!"  And we came up with "Kirklips" disease, since he kisses a pretty girl in every second episode and never sees her again.  So then they die of Kirklips, because Cap'n Kirk has extremely dirty lips. :)  And also we call Captain Kirk "The Kirk" because of Nomad, the robot, who said, "You are The Kirk.  You are The Creator." over and over and over.
The movies are funny, and better: "Is it perhaps time for a colorful metaphor, Admiral?" :) (Spock.  I like him.  And poor David only got a movie and a half to live.)
The Next Generation rocks, though.  The characters are cooler.  The special effects are better.  The stories are good.  KIDS ACT LIKE SENTIENT INDIVIDUALS.  Picard's interesting, and not like "The Kirk", with his dirty lips.  They don't use sewing spools, hamburger boxes, and flashlights as props.  And they are more futuristic.  Well, a bit. :)
Anyway, any Trekkies out there?  Has anyone HEARD of it?  Yo? :)

I am sort of addicted to TNG. However, I saw the new movie and loved it, although the stalker scene was just weird. TNG is a great series, and I am deeply upset it got cancelled.

No, sorry, I don't know a thing about Star Trek, but I did see the new movie.  Haha, not because I was particulary interesting in it or anything, but because it was the first showing of the first movie ever to be played in Saco's new IMAX theater!! :D:D:D YEAH!!!!  Buuut, each ticket cost like $18!!!!!!!  It was crazy!!!  Zoe, have you been to the IMAX yet??:)
