*The wind is

Chatterbox: Pudding's Place

*The wind is

*The wind is coming. It sweeps over the hills. It sways the trees. Never again will anything reside in the same orientation*

The sea stretches under the lonely sky. The wind has come, and the sea ripples violently. It waves to the sky, and the stars hidden by sunlight.

The sandy shore is spread with seashells. The storm is coming. The waves lap powerfully under the darkening sky. The ever-coming wind traces patterns in the sand.

The lighthouse is a dusty blue in the fading sunlight. Chipping paint curls between the long, ancient windows, long scoured by the swirling sands. The waves crash and spray the lighthouse with golden droplets, reflecting the remnants of the sunset.

*The grey ship, not far, perceives the dutiful flashes of the lighthouse. It glides along, avoiding the looming rocks and shallow sands. The waves rock the ship and send it quickly on its way. The wind blows swiftly in the sails and off, away from upset seas. It glides again over grass and wood.

For though you cannot see the wind, it changes everything.*

A friend returned,

Once long thought lost.

A story forgotten,

Finished - Let's pay the cost.

*Out of character* JWYNNNNNNNNNN *Sobbing* YOU CAME BACK!!

I did indeed, to many things, though which you mean, I cannot say. It is good to see you, friend.  Was my poem enjoyable?

It was mine too, you know

And mine

*And mine*

I would think people would already know that, given our obvious distinguishment

*Credit is pointless in the long run. Do not waste your breath.*

And yeah, there’s them. Crescent, Inkling, Stella, Alex, and Sage, in order of appearance. Sage and Stella were not intruduced on the CB, and they’re kind of in-and-out.

It was! THese are my AEs, I think you left before I introduced them. You may remember Nihil, she's a CAPTCHAE now.

*Nods in greeting*

Hello, I'm Lux. A pleasure to meet you all, I'm sure.

Cool! *nods to Nihil* Nice to meet you Lux. I guess I just didn’t feel the need to be present. I checked in a handful of times, but I only really posted on the book log. It’s great to be back, though, and I honestly didn’t know anyone noticed, save Jaybells, who I know irl. Anyway,—

*Hey Lux, Nihil. *nods**

*Salutations, fellow characterized attributes. How very intriguing it is that our speech appears as shapes on a screen.*

Stella is like Inkling in that she is the cool, creative part of me who “fits in” with everyone else and is up with the latest trends, where Inkling is the cool, creative part of me who stands out and is more as to me. Sage is my deep, intune self at the back of my mind who kind of fuels Alex, but also generates the best of my random thoughts and helps me keep my cool.

Some CBers have said it’s difficult managing several AEs, but for me it’s just listening to what the different parts of my brain would say. For example—

Are you done with the long, boring speech now? I want to watch online videos. Or go outside.

You are procrastinating

*Going outside sounds nice*

But we’re talking to Rogue. She is pretty awesome.

*Good point*

*Jumps impatiently on the Submit button*

I actually find the opposite. It's hard for me to keep only one. With one, they feel incomplete, and they're always lonely because they have no one to be with.
