You groan. Entire pages filled with these problems swim in front of your eyes, and you aren't even halfway done. Math, math, and more math. . .
Outside the window you can see the sun shining. It's so warm for October, and you want to be outside, but the math is in the way like a gigantic wall. You try to concentrate, but there's a warm breeze blowing through the window and eventually you find yourself gazing out the window, math abandoned on the table. It's so nice and peaceful. . .
Crash! Bang!
Something comes flying through your window, smashes into your face, and knocks all the papers off your desk. You rub your aching nose and look around. You just knew your little brother shouldn't have been trusted to play baseball. But upon closer inspection, there is no baseball. You look around, confused, and then hear a small chirp from your bed.
You gape. Sitting on your bed is a winged monkey. But it isn't real. Obviously.  These things only happen in The Wizard of Oz. But it looks alive. It wears a collar, and has silky brown fur laced with gold, and golden feathered wings. Tentatively, you step closer. The monkey crawls toward you, not at all afraid. Then you spy something tied to its collar. It's a note, penned on amazingly thin paper. It reads:
Dear CBer,

I cordially invite you to visit my city in the heart of the jungle. It is called The Golden Heart, and we would be honored to have you as our guests.
Should you choose to accept, you will be free to roam the City as much as you like, and I promise you Adventure, Relaxation, and Chocolate. In addition, you will be rooming in my palace; the fabled Halcyon. My monkeys will tend to your every need, and you are promised an amazing vacation.
If you would like to come, please have your bags packed and this form filled out. I will provide transport. We will come for you on October 20th, or when 15 CBers join. I look forward to seeing you!

Appearance: Long brown hair with the ends dyes purple, brown eyes, lots of freckles, a little shorter than average, usually wearing a t-shirt, jeans, a maroon leather jacket, and red converse.

Personality: Creative, adventurous, sometimes impulsive, shy around people I don't know, but a real chatterbox once you get to know me.

Appearance: Dangit I forgot again. Tall, skinny (not thin, skinny), slightly tanned skin, freckles, one green eye and one hazel eye, straight chestnut hair that reaches the bottom of my shoulder blades. Often wears gray sneakers, blue jeans, an army green tank top and an off-white oversized t-shirt for a sweatshirt. 
Personality: Um.... introvert, easily antagonized, has a terrible temper, very strange and weird, occasionally acts extroverted, loves music like loves it loves it.
Luggage: The normal stuff plus twenty pounds of books and a six-foot double-tipped javelin with barbed blades, and it can break in the middle to make two three-foot single-tipped spears. It can reattach after that.

Greatest Fear: Heights. I have a paralyzing fear of heights like I get a few feet in the air and cannot move.

Appearance: I have wavy shoulder-length blonde hair, pale pale skin, a shy worried smile, gray-blue eyes, im 5 feet and I cant make eye contact. Im wearing a baggy black sweatshirt with a thick powder-blue stripe on the sleeves, faded jean shorts, black high-tops with chunky electric blue laces, and long light gray socks with white-ish blobs (hey, snow socks are cool) and giant raven wings made from galaxies.
Personality: Im very introverted, antisocial, and awkward. those three words sum up my personality. I do my best to please others, although I can be a grump, and I would rather be alone. Im scared of everything, theres always a looming worry-cloud hanging over my face and Im trying not to break down and sob most of the time qwq

Mysterious insanity?? I'm in.

Gender/Pronouns: girl, any pronouns, but for narrative purposes, she 
Appearance: Average height for a 13 year old girl(I think I'm 6'1 or something), fairly skinny, very pale skin with some freckles on my face and arms, light blue eyes, and ash blonde hair styled in what used to be a pixie cut a few months(?) ago.
Personality: A shy extrovert. (I get energy from connecting with people, and love it more than anything, but before I do I'm pretty awkward lol)
Luggage: Clothes: (let's try minamilistic colors .u.) A white crop-topped T-shirt with pink indecipherable words on it, and a black long sleeved hoodie with white words on the sleeves in a strange language, a black, barely crop-topped tank top with thin straps, jean shorts, white pants (a bad choice of color?) a pink sunhat, and pink crocs.
Art Supplies: A sketchbook, markers, ink pens(idk y I always say ink pens for my black liners lol) white gel pens, and colored pencils, as well as a fat pencil-shaped eraser.
Other: To carry the art supplies in, a large white zip-top tote bag with a single pink embroidered "A". A black dufflebag to carry clothes. A stuffed black, white and light brown dog that I can barely sleep without.
Hobby: Hehe you might be able to tell from all the art supplies.
Greatest Fear: Mutation, some sort of weird mutation. Haha you can skip the rest of this question if you don't want a weird backstory (that I might have told already), but, to describe my mutation fear, I'm (a little) scared of (adult, unpeeled) carrots. And it's because of Curious George. In a certain episode, he was planting carrots, and bit them before they were ripe, then put them back in the ground. Then when he pulled them, out... one of them was wiggly! One of them had two ends(thats legit the worst wthecc were they thinking)! *shudders*

What you would do in the case of the Apocalypse: Probably die. ._. lololololol okay ill try to not die first, um... I'd group up with the others and follow them, probably try to stock up on food and to hide in some sort of storage room. (A perfect example is in my house, theres a small space under the stairs. But it might lock behind you while you're in there, trapping you inside O-O)

Wait we can have weapons and powers?? To not be OP, I'll choose one or the other. (After some thinking, I've allowed myself a pocketknife. I mean, it can be used as a weapon but is more so essential luggage :) )

Weapon: Pink pocketknife

Power: Healing powers. However, to heal I must drain myself in the process, and since I'm not used to using them, sometimes I even damage myself more than I heal the other. I can heal myself, but only with small injuries.

I think I nerfed the power enough, but let me know if it should be adjusted :)))))

I am not sure if this is the right place to put this, but if anybody wants to participate in another ski lodge, mine is under the name Captain Arianna and begins with "..." Though it actually is a cruise ship ski lodge.
