Chatterbox: Pudding's Place

You hear your sister calling you. "Elia?" She's running on the other side of the street with a perplexed look on her face. You wait for cars to pass by so you can walk across the road. When a army green jeep stops you run across the road to catch up with your sister. You look behind yourself and you notice what the person looked like in the jeep. She was wearing a polka-dotted blouse and pale pink pants. She seemed to be wearing a flowered sunhat, though it was hard to tell. She looked down at something- you thinking it was her phone- and brought her head back up and holding a gadget of some sort. You decide to catch up with your sister when you hear a loud BANG! It sounded like it was coming from the jeep.
