This is a thread to talk about music, in any way. You can talk about favorite songs, instruments you play, share songs you've written, and more!
I'm thinking about learning violin this school year, and I can play a grand total of 3/4 of "This Land is Your Land" on piano. I forgot every other song I learned. :3
My favorite artists right now are Clairo (which is funny, I really only like one of her songs called "Sofia") and Olivia Rodrigo.

Okay this isn't really my favorite right now but a 100,000 Fireflies by the Magnetic Fields is really good, that singer has a nice voice.

I like old rock artists a lot. I enjoy listening to Bon Jovi, Jayden Bartels, Imagine Dragons, and Ava Max. Some of my new favorite songs are:
Everytime I Cry- Ava Max

I haven't played the piano in what seems like forever, but have 3 songs I can regularly play fluently and a handful more I can occasionally remember sections of. I can't bring myself to play Moonlight Sonata still, but it would likely be the 4th song.
Also Dreamcatcher. They're great. I've been trying to listen to other things to see if that'll do the trick, but so far I really haven't found anything that achieves the same impact. :/

There's a bunch of stuff derived from The Untamed (I will never get over the insult the title does to Wei Wuxian, fight me >>>: <) and it always makes me cry no matter how many times I try to ease myself into it. There's a bunch of really pretty 'classical' Chinese songs out there though.

I really enjoy listening to musicals, like: Little Shop of Horrors, Hairspray, La La Land, Hamilton, Mama Mia, 2 specific songs from Rent...
I also enjoy Imagine Dragons, Green Day, Queen, Billy Joel, and fun (to name a few).
