Frozen II is a WONDERFUL movie!!!! I like it much better than Frozen, but I must say I don't like Elsa's last dress so much... the dress I really like is the blue one she wears during most of her stay in the Enchanted Forest. Yes, the fire spirit is the most darling thing... and I like the water horse. I wonder if it's a he or a she...

Songs: I think Lost in the Woods is rather pathetic, especially compared with the other songs. I love all of the other ones... I can't really choose a favorite. Let me try - Show Yourself? Some Things Never Change? All Is Found? Which is your favorite?

Well, I have a whole lot of things to say about it, but I hardly think I can fit them all into one post. I guess that's all for now.

I kind of love that movie too T_T AURORA's version of Into the Unknown is really good.

Love this movie, I must've watched it like four times. Lost in the Woods is supposed to be a joke about boy bands, so I actually like it because it's funny, but I like a few of the other songs better. Show Yourself and Into the Unknown probably tie for first, but I love All is Found and, of course, This Will All Make Sense When I am Older. Elsa has been my favorite since forever but I also love Olaf, and find that Anna is underrated. Honestly, looking at the two movies, I feel like Anna is kind of the main character? Everyone loves Elsa because of her powers, but the movie is, when you get down to it, about Anna's love and loyalty to her sister, and about how Elsa learns how to love and be loved for real for the first time in years.

I actually love all of Elsa's outfits, including her final dress. I like that she's got her hair down now, as I feel it adds to the "free" look they were going for.

Alright I have some opinions on Frozen II... These are my own personal thoughts!

Songs:  Definitely better than Frozen, my favorites are Show Yourself and Into The Unknown (no surprise there, those are probably the most poular songs).  I feel like I can actually enjoy the music rather than being embarrased to like it because it's a kids' movie (as was the case with Frozen).

Visuals: GORGEOUS.  I would love to live in this world.  I also like Anna and Elsa's new outfits a lot, and I thought Elsa's multiple outfit changes was neat.

Plot:  Okay here's the contreversial part.  In my opinion, the plot was really bad, worse than Frozen.  Though the original movie was pretty cheesy and a typical Disney movie, at least it was simple and made sense.  Frozen II was really confusing for me, a teenager, so I can only imagine what little kids thought was happening.  All the questions I had throughout the movie were never really answered.  Why does Elsa have ice powers, was it just because her mom was from Northuldra?  Why don't all people from Northuldra have powers then?  Who exactly was the voice Elsa was hearing?  Her mom's spirit?  Elsa herself?  How does that work?  Why exactly is Elsa the fifth spirit??  Everything, including the conflict between Arendelle and Northuldra, felt like the writers were just throwing things in and nothing was resolved.  I've heard that the writing and production was really rushed by Disney, which makes a lot of sense and is kind of sad.  I would've loved to see how the story could've been if the writers were given enough time.

I 100% agree.

@Sterling: I'll give you what answers I can as I understand them. Elsa has ice powers because she's the fifth spirit. She's the fifth sprit as a sort of reward for the fact that her mother saved her father even though he was from Arendelle and theoretically her enemy. When her mother saved her father, she called the wind spirit so that the wind spirit would take him out of the Enchanted Forest. Since Atohallan is sort of visions of the past, one of those "visions" is Iduna calling, and Elsa heard it. At least I think that's more or less what they meant... hope it helps :)

I liked this movie a lot back when it came out. Now...it's not on my top ten. But I still like it. My favorite part is when Olaf retells all of Frozen 1
I just like the Olaf parts....I don't have as much to say as everyone else..but....idk. Whatever.

I LOVE THE MOVIE! Atohollan is the best part :) it has many effects, plus Elsa is so pretty when she wears her hair down adn gets her new outfit...

Also (starting debate) Who do you think is the most main character in frozen? I think it's Elsa because the movie is called Frozen.

Oh, but isn't (FROZEN ONE SPOLIER) Anna the one who actually gets frozen? And Anna who unfreezes Elsa in Frozen II? Also technically on the internet it says Anna is the protagonist of Frozen and the deuteragonist of Frozen II.

@Rora: Hmmm... it's hard to say. I think I would say that overall it's more about Anna (after all, in the first movie it's she who's Frozen). Elsa has to come to terms with herself and find out why she has powers, but Anna has to look for her, worry about her, and in the end make the decision of what is going to happen to the Enchanted Forest and Arendelle. Of course, I love Elsa because of her ice powers, her dresses, her songs... but I think Anna is a better character and, underneath, more the heroine of the two movies.

I think Elsa is definitely supposed to be the star of the show, because she's the one with powers and she's always singing beautiful songs, and she generally is the most attention-attracting. Anna isn't so attention-attracting. I realized that "The Next Right Thing" is the first song she sings by herself! Unless you count "Do you Want to Build a Snowman", which to me seems different because she sings different pieces of it at different stages of her life.

However, if you look deeper, I think Anna is the real heroine. She saves Elsa and Arendelle in both movies, and she's pretty brave. She always keeps going even though she doesn't get to do the glamorous things Elsa does - whereas Elsa doesn't really have to do anything hard, and she tends to fall apart at the seams. Although I love to watch Elsa's ice powers and her changes of costume, and I spent practically the whole year after Frozen II came out singing nothing but her songs, I think Anna is the real heroine.

Quick sideline: It's funny how when Frozen came out everyone talked about it, but Frozen II had a much quieter reception...
