Happy holidays, CB! What holiday does everyone celebrate this time of year? I celebrate Christmas. This year, I'm doing an Advent calendar for the first time! Today my chocolate was in the shape of a shooting star.

I celebrate Christmas too! My family does those chocolate advent calanders as well! Today my chocolate was in the shape of an ornament. In the DMV area (DC, Maryland and Virginia it's supposed to snow a lot on Wednesday so I'm super excited because it didn't snow last year and when it does, it's only like once.

One of our Christmas Traditions is that we go to a Christmas Concert with friends, though of course that won't happen this year. What are some of y'all's holiday traditions?

Omg Cynthia M I live in the DMV too!! I'm so excited for it to snow XD Also: Girls with white dresses with blue satin sashes/snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelshes/silver white winters that melt into spring/these are a few of my favorite things! I love the Sound of Music so much! My advent calender had a chocolate in the shape of a raindeer today, which was cool. One of our Christmas traditions is opening our presents one at a time, yongest to oldest. So, for example, my younger sister would open one, then I would, then my mom would, then my dad would (he's older than my mom), etc, and then it would repeat until everyone has opened their presents. We also have a piece of coal we like to sneak into each others stockings :)

I live in NC, so I might get a few flakes of snow. But some places might be getting like a foot of snow!

I celebrate Christmas toooo!

My advent calendar chocolate is just in a boring circle, but there's a little note each day. Today, mine said, "Bake some yummy cookies!" so I guess I'll be doing that later today!

And I like the poem :~)

@Cynthia M, you're so lucky it snows where you are! It doesn't snow where I live. :(

Oh wow!  I love snow.  It used to snow where I used to live.  But now I live in all sunny all year part of the States.  I love winter coziness but I also love being able to wear a T-shirt and play with my friends outside until 5:00 PM.

I (also) celebrate Christmas!  Its one of my favorite holidays.  I love to celebrate anyways.  I (too) have an advent calendar!  Me and my brother always open them after dinner for a dessert.  We used to open them in the morning though, I liked that better.

Happy holidays! I also celebrate Christmas. We do an advent calendar every year! My aunt has a big box advent calendar that she stuffs with goodies, and my siblings and I trade off every day for who gets to open. Only ten days until Christmas, I'm so excited!!

I live in central NC where snow doesn't come often, but when it does it is super exciting! In some areas of North Carolina like the mountains, snow falls all the time in winter. My brother goes to school up there so maybe one day I'll get to see a mountain snow :)

I actually know that song, even though I've never seen The Sound of Music. It's sung by Kylie C, in Disney C: Hollidays Unwrapped! I can post some of the lyrics if you want me to.
