If you are one of the below please comment with your prompt or contribution to the MCU! You all have a little time but it will take more time than it usually would because of the compiling and handing off. So do please comment your contribution in a timely manner.

If this list neglects someone(s) who offered to take a part of the MCU make sure you comment with your name and what section you are taking so we do not miss you again!
If you haven't offered to take a part but want to there are a couple options for you. I believe all the preiously made sections have been taken (correct me if I am wrong) so you can either offer to be someone's backup just in case they cannot make their contribution for some reason, or you can make an entirely new section. Whatever way you decide be sure to comment with you name and the section you want to back up, or the name and an explaination of the new section you have made.
Suggestions are also very welcome from anyone and everyone!

I can add that, but things like that can be found on any calendar, and I was going for more unique dates that people probably don't know about.

I hadn't read the whole thread when I posted before, so I don't know if this counts. It's a slightly major Japanese holiday and it doesn't seem like what you're going for. it's pretty important to me at least, so if you're going for more fun, less-important things I'd rather you didn't include it in your list. Sorry!

I think Children's day is really fun. At least from what I have heard as I haven't celebrated it. It's up to MoonKittento include it, I think it would be a fun addition though!

It is very fun, but it feels wrong to have an at least somewhat important holiday put with a bunch of minor observences (I saw some more important things in Feline Fantasy's part, but I don't know if they're what MoonKitten is looking for for their part? Also, Feline Fantasy: I love your name). Because if it was, say, a day for pizza or something, you might eat pizza or do nothing at all. But there wouldn't be anything truly important or major that you do.
For Kodomo no Hi/Children's Day/Boy's Day (I'll just use Kodomo no Hi), there are actual traditions and such. For instance, we might make mochi or have something more special for dinner (gyudon or spammusibi (which is technically Hawaiian) or something), and we have carp streamers to put out. It's not the biggest holiday or anything. But it's definitely bigger than an observance.
Sorry if this feels rude or overly defensive or like I'm making too big of a deal out of things, but I wanted to make my point. I did see some other more important holidays (that are probably more important than Kodomo no Hi, honestly) being suggested, so if MoonKitten would like, they could put it like this: Kodomo no Hi (Japanese).
