MCU Reboot?
There hasn't been a MCU on This Month for several months, and I know some people have expressed interest in rebooting it, so here we are!
In the past, when a group of CBers collaborated on the MCU, everybody had their own section to work on and submit, and then one CBer, whoever was hosting that issue, would put everything together and add commentary. I think that this time, it’ll function mostly like that, but with a few changes: first, there can be a few sections that can be collaborated on – we can vote for the Location of the Month, anyone can submit their ideas for questions for the Last Month We Asked You section or the Advice Column, and second, we can ask for a lot more contributions from CBers who aren’t working on the MCU like nominations for the CBer Award section or the Threads to Check Out section. Again, these are just ideas I’ve had about ways the MCU can run more smoothly.
I'd love to do the Quote Section (Funny CB quote, book quote, and inspirational quote). I can also do Important Dates but only if no one else wants to.
So, is anybody interested?
I love reading the MCUs. I've missed them. I hope there are enough people interested in working on the reboot to get it going again!

Not sure if this is correct; I sort of just referenced other MCUs for an example. Am I supposed to add commentary? Or does whoever posts the entire MCU do that?

I was thinking that the CBer who writes the MCU always puts their AEs in there, so I was wondering...?

Well, every month a different CBer will host the MCU by putting together all the submissions from the other CBers and adding AE commentary. If you'd like to host the MCU this month, that'd be great!

It doesn't really matter how many AEs you have, but I guess you just want to make sure they all work well and are funny together. I don't see the need to make more but if you think it might make hosting easier on yourself then by all means go ahead.
