Photography Contest: Summer Getaway

It’s summer vacation, and everybuggy is hitting the road seeking adventure, relaxation, and cooler temperatures. Whether you’re taking a balloon to Alaska, a cross-country car (or skateboard) trip, or wind-sailing to the beach with friends, summer is the getaway time of year. So for this month’s contest, everybuggy wanted to see a photograph of your summer getaway.

You don’t have to travel far to find something interesting or amazing or funny or beautiful to photograph. You might find inspiration on a bike trip to the local swimming pool, or at a weekend family barbecue, or just hiking around the block with friends. Maybe you’ll visit some unusual roadside attraction that makes you laugh, or be filled with awe by a natural wonder you’re visiting for the first time. Whether you capture a panoramic sunset over the Grand Canyon or a weird and wild ride at an amusement park, the whole gang will be hitting the road to the Cricket Country mailbox to enjoy your very best summer getaway photograph--just as soon as everybuggy gets back from summer vacation.
