Buggy Christmas

As the ants hang lights upon the tree,
Ladybug sings carols merrily.

As beautiful butterflies sled in the snow,
Beetles make snowmen, oh, what at show.

Buggy Christmas is to come,
But the buggies are still not done.

Cricket hangs stockings everywhere,
As the fireflies dance with flair.

Bumblebees wrap presents, how dandy,
As praying mantis makes the candy.

As Christmas stories flow through the air,
A katydid says a Christmas prayer.

Buggy Christmas is almost done,
But the last part, Santa, still needs to come.
