The Guardian of Monopoly

One starry night, while a little girl named Luisa slept peacefully in her warm bed, a bright red bird that glowed like fire flew in the window. The small but fiery bird hopped up onto the little girl’s bed.

The girl woke up and studied the bird carefully. She knew she had seen this type of bird before in her textbooks at school Then it hit her. Why, this bird was a fiery Phoenix! The bird snuggled close, and they fell asleep.

In the morning Luisa wanted to play with the Phoenix an dasked her what she wanted to play. The Phoenix nudged Monopoly from a pile of board games.

As they played, Luisa found out that the Phoenix was actually pretty good at Monopoly. The game was over soon enough, an dLuisa had won. The Phoenix went up in flames and turned to ash because she was upset she had lost. When she waws reborn, she got apencil and wrote down on a piece of paper that she wanted to be called The Buardian of Baltic Avenue.

This process kept going on an done, an devery time the Phoenix came back she wanted to be called the guardian of a block that was alittle more valuable than before. Until finaly the Phoenix won, and she went up in flames from happiness. Then she wanted to be called The Guardian of Boardwalk, the most valuable block. For the Phoenix, Monopoly was her cupt of tea.

They went o na few magical an dsilly adventures like the time she turend to ash an daccidentally got sucked up by the vacuum. (It never happened again because she is kept in the bedroom when the vacuum is out.)

After a while, Luisa fainally convinced her pareants to let her keep a pet, so she introduced the Phoenix to them. They werew alittl surprised to find out if wasn’t a dog or cat, but they loved her immedicatly. Luisa named the Phoenix Pollie, because of MonoPoly.
