Right, this thread is going to be a dummy thread we can use to test all the new features of the CB! Topping, Search boxing, reply stacking, anything and everythng that we can think of. Oh right and pasting formatted text from Word as well. I’m not going to say much, let’s just jump into the experimenting. (I’m seeing that we’ve got some universal problems with submitting comments, so we can try to figure that out as well. I tried to submit a version of this thread a few hours ago but it didn’t appear…)

And following up is a short, random piece of writing from Word that I’ll be pasting into the text box! Moment of truth is coming up:
Hey, it’s me, Zealatom, who’s now writing this on a new Word document. I suppose I’ll just share the story of how I discovered the new CB website was up:
It was a nice night, I’d just finished proofreading my latest chapter of my novel when I suddenly had the idea to check the CB for a quick moment. Well I did already check it once in the morning and once during lunchtime, but one last time before bed couldn’t hurt. And so I clicked the bookmark I made on my browser that led directly to Inkwell, and the page refreshed to show… I think it was a 404 not found message? On a white background with blue-green text. Since the icon wasn’t the usual black cricket I knew, instead it was Cricket Media’s logo, so I simply thought:
Hey, that’s new, maybe Webmaster took the CB pages down for maintenance?
And then, by a twist of fate, I decided to check Kyngdom’s link and discovered that it somehow dragged me to the Cypher/Decoder! And I suddenly realized that the CB might be this new, odd looking website. And then a crazed frenzy of link-clicking and exploring later, I managed to find my way to the thread on CaC where the Admins had posted the Welcome thread. -

Testing to see if this comment gets through. Only a couple out of several of my comments went through and I don’t know why that is happening. I don’t have to check the verify you are human box, it automatically fills it for me, is that normal?
