Up in the CloudsRecently,I’ve been getting into Animal Crossing New Horizons (or ACNH) and I want to know about everyone else’s experience. Also, what theme is your island? (Mine is a autmn/cottagecore theme.) What are your favorite parts on your island, what are your favorite villagers/what villagers do you have, etc. Also, have you played any other Animal Crossing games, and what are they like????????
I got to say im addicted to ACNH 😀

Outskirts of the Galaxyooh, animal crossing! i haven’t played in forever, but it’s still one of my favorite games. my island doesn’t really have a theme – or, i guess it’s just animal crossing themed, maybe? my sister and i have all these random and specific headcanons for our villagers that we incorporated into the island decorations, and we built tom nook a whole mansion.
the first (and only other) animal crossing game i played was actually the original, on the gamecube! i honestly prefer it to new horizons, probably just because of the nostalgia. but the gamecube takes approximately five years – and an excessive amount of blowing on the game disc and wiping it on your shirt – to turn on, so i haven’t played in a while. in the original, there was a soccer ball or basketball that randomly appeared each day and had no purpose other than to kick it around. and if you closed the game without saving, a mole named mr resetti would come to your house and yell at you. also, you could collect NES games and actually play them! there was a cat with no face named blanca who you sometimes encountered on the train, and you could draw a face for her. oh AND if you wanted to identify a fossil, you had to write a whole letter and wait like a week. the museum is a thousand times better in new horizons :p

Up in the CloudsThats cool how you made lore for your villagers!!!! Also, building a mansion for Tom Nook sounds fun even though he never leaves Resident Services T-T
that whole fossil thing sounds really annoying like why do you have to wait a week T-T

LyricGuesthomework (yeah on Thanksgiving break sob)I played Animal Crossing Pocket Camp (really it was just glamping and dress up and quests and foraging and furniture arranging and tiny fortune cookies with very large and really nice furniture for animals to interact with inside haha. I’ll say more later if anyone wants to hear but that’s it in a nutshell) and a bit of Animal Crossing Wild World.
