Hello!! Wow, it’s been a while. I kind of dropped off the face of the earth for a while (four months? five months?) :’) Turns out this whole college thing is pretty time consuming. Who knew? It’s insane that I’m actually in college. I remember being on a thread in Inkwell asking people’s opinions about what high school I should go like it was yesterday. It’s been five years now. Five years!!! Can you believe that??? (Also hi admins!)
How is everyone doing?? Not sure how active it is here anymore but I still see the MCUs and AE fall dance so I figure things are mostly on track 🙂 Oop, just reminded me I need to check on the ski lodges I’m in.
I’m an English major now (well, not technically, but I’ll declare soon!) and might do a concentration in creative writing! My current English class is about how literature captures how the mind works, it’s really really cool. I’m also taking environmental science, queer studies, and an anthropology course. I live in the middle of nowhere now (cornfields for miles and miles) which is a little strange since I’ve only ever lived in cities but I think I’m getting used to it.
Anyway, yeah!! Hope everything is going well– someone catch me up on everything that I missed (I was last active in May, I think?) <333 Probably not going to be very active but wanted to pop in anyway, I miss it here :’)

I don’t think much earth-shattering stuff has been going on? There’ve been a couple of SIs and a great many MCUs… We’ve missed you, though <3

Silver!! It’s so good to read you again! I was just thinking about you the other day… Your college experiences sound so fun! Are you thinking of joining any clubs? That seems to be a pretty big part of college, from what I’ve been told.
For CB events, Peri and Writing recently came back for a bit – they might still be around – and there’s a new Kyngdom RP, kind of like a low-stakes hangout for characters, called the Crossquill LIbrary RP! That’s the major stuff, I think.
Anyway, it’s great to know that you’re doing well! Best wishes for the future <3

Hi Silver! I’ve missed you so much and I’m really glad to hear that everything is going well with you! I think an English major suits a talented writer such as yourself very much, and your classes sound so interesting.
I’m not very active anymore either, but I still think about the CB lots. “The good old days,” if you will. My five year CBversary is in January, and I feel so old!
I haven’t really updated my ski lodge in… a year (oops) but I keep meaning to try and finish it when I have time. Most of the people in it aren’t even around anymore, but maybe they’ll pop back in at some point, like you, and see it’s finished (if I ever finish it). We’ll see, I suppose…
