I’m so sorry, you all. I never actually thought I’d post something like this. But I’m leaving the CB ;-; I know it’s a bit unexpected, but I’ve been feeling like I don’t really have the time and commitment to keep being a part of it.
I’m very busy these days, so I wouldn’t have much time for posting anyway. The change to the website really affected the experience of being on here. A lot of the CBers from my generations have already moved on anyway. Regardless of which, it’s super sad :/ I’ll miss you all a ton; you’re all amazing people and wonderful friends, and I’m so glad I was able to know you and be a part of this amazing place. But honestly, I think it’s the only thing I can really do right now and–

Okay, this is a super late response coming from me, but I must say that I did see this thread on the first of April and had a near panic attack over the title, so congratulations, on successfully scaring my soul out of my body. (I was so scared asdfghjk) I didn’t have to read the last few lines to realize it was a joke though because I was prepared for a long form, formal goodbye essay of sorts, especially since it was coming from such a studious writer like you. So the first line of *very odd pondering* blew the whole experience for me and I calmed down. I’m really relieved you’re staying, Amethyst. We’ve been losing lots of bright personalities over the years and I wouldn’t want to see you go as well.

Hehe >:P I’m glad you weren’t left on tenterhooks for too long, though… I do apologize for all the unnecessary fright. The good thing for you all is that I doubt I’ll be able to pull this off again for another couple of years O_o
I’m touched that you could tell just from a lack of proper writerish-ness, though – it’s an enormous compliment <3 And yeah, I’d also be very sad to leave. Hopefully I’ll be around for a long time to come (so as to pull off lots more April Fools tricks mwahaha :))
