Personality: able to socialize, but hesitates to get too close. honest and blunt to the point of seeming rude sometimes. smart, organized, responsible, straight-laced. always exhausted, but always hiding it.
Appearance: Daylily is short, with a round face and purple glasses. medium brown skin and box braids (up in a bun for the occasion.)
Outfit: sleeveless red dress with silver floral details on the skirt, with a matching silver flower necklace.

Outfit:Off white collared shirt, brown knit vest, silver jewelry, (two chain necklaces, lock earrings, hematite rings, collar cuffs (little symbols, in this case it’s little leaves, that pin onto the lapels of your collar and are connected with a chain)) khaki pants, brown boots.

I checked the time once more, looking up and down the street for Fern and Earl’s cars. Sighing, I rubbed my arms, backing out of the sun. “They were supposed to be here 20 minutes ago, I can’t believe they’re going to be late”. Turning to go into the house, I heard the sound of a car pulling up behind me. Earl closed the door with a slam, waving to me, a smile spreading on his face.
“ Hey Crawaline, how’ve you been?”
Taking the plates of food from his hands, I shrugged “I’m okay, but I would be better if it wasn’t to hot out” Fern stepped out of the car, stretching his arms “Really? I think it’s perfect out.” he said smiling warmly at us. I stared at him, shook my head and turned towards the backyard.
“Anyways, I already got the tables and tents set up. So you can just put your stuff over there” I pointed to the tables on far side of the patio, behind the pool.
“ So…” Earl said, taking the string of fairly lights I was handing him “Have you ever been to a one of these parties before?”
“Yeah, a little while ago. But I didn’t stay for to long” I replied, plugging the lights into a near by outlet. “It was cool, but there was a lot of people. And it seemed like everyone already knew every body else.” He nodded, stepping back and clapping his hands.
Fern, who had just finished plugging in the speakers and finding the playlist I’d made, slowly walked over to drape his arms over my shoulders and rest his head on top of mine. “Do you know how long it’ll be until people start arriving?”. Checking my watch, I shrugged him off of my to look in front of the house. “Um, pretty soon I guess. It’s only been a couple months since we all got back, I’m sure people are busy.”
“Yeah your probably right” he went back to fiddling with his bracelets and staring around him. “Hey, I didn’t know the Holloway’s had a house next to a forest.” He tilted his head to the side, blinking “Wouldn’t that be a little unsafe? I mean, anyone could walk on to their property from the forest.” I stared at him blankly, “Oh that’s not a public forest. The Halloway’s own that land. We can explore it later if you’d like. When everyone is gone.”
“Speaking of people, I think some are here right now” Earl interjected, pointing to the gate.
“Oh that’s Awesome!”Fern exclaimed. I blinked at both of them, sighing. “Okay, let’s get this party started” I said with a small smile.(Sorry if some of the Bold and Italic words are off, it didn’t copy in how I thought it would)

–I gazed at the Halloway Family Manor, then glanced back at the two other AEs trailing behind me, each of us carrying things to make a make-your-own-ice-cream sort of station.. Rigel seemed calm, though her sparkling eyes betrayed the excitement she felt at the prospect of seeing Carmen. I smiled slightly at her, understanding her excitement – I would be lying if I said I wasn’t eagerly awaiting to meet with Eri. Taurus’s expression was unreadable, however. They must have been excited or nervous since they were potentially meeting Vanadium, pangolin’s AE, for the first time, though their expression did not really give anything away.––As we neared, I noticed a few of InkTea’s AEs ahead, preparing for the party. When they noticed us, they went over to the gate to open it. I think I recognized Crawaline, though I wasn’t familiar with the other two AEs. “Hello!” I greeted them. “Is the party starting yet?”–
