Cricket Readers Recommend

Amelia's War was a great book!  It was very insightful and had a satisfying storyline.  This book is about a girl in the civil War era, who after an incident sends a family friend to jail.  But through trials and happenings, she realizes that if she does'nt do something, Hagerstown will burn!  With a sweet ending and a realistic one too, this story really gives insight and understanding to the readers about conditions and feelings of the time, while still maintaining an interesting plot.  Five chirps to Amelia's War!
