Cornelia is the daughter of two world-famous pianists, but she hides behind big words until she meets Virginia Somerset,  Mister Kinyatta the French Bulldog, and Patel her servant. Virginia shows Cornelia how the world is much more exciting than she thought.

This was a good book because it had short stories that always lead to the girls getting in trouble, and all the big words had a definiiton that most people could understand.
