I do agree Eragon is a better book. I have not seen the movie! That is good, then. I knew about the movie coming out, but I didn't know it was in September. Thanks!!! :)

I think Eragon is better than Eldest. Eldest is way too dark...

Brisingr is really good.

Eragon is way better then Eldest. I got really bored with Eragon's training lessons. But this is still a great series! This is a very good begining for Christopher Paolini. I can't wait to see what he writes after this series!

This book ROCKS! If it ever gets boring for you, (and it didn't for me) stick to it! The ending is so unexpected! It suprised me so much, I accidently broke my pencil while reading in math class. If you're as enthuisiastic about reading as I am, you'll ansolutely fall in love with Christopher Paolini's Eldest .

Christopher Paolini's writings are interesting, but he borrows way too much from other writers. If you read Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring, the boating expedition from Eldest seems more of an extended edition of The Fellowship of the Ring. He seems a much better writer in Brisingr.

I love this book.  Has anyone read Brisingr?  That's a great book, too.

I haven't read the Lord of the Rings series, but I'm sure some other people would find similarities from other books. It isn't really bad, it gives you smething to compare the descriptions to:)

P.S. Brisingr is the best one yet
