Out of My Heart is my favorite book. It's about a girl with cerebral palsy who goes to a summer camp for kids with a disability. She can't walk without a wheelchair or talk without her talker, but she's really smart. She's nervous at the start of summer camp, but she doesn't let that stop her from having fun and making friends at camp.
