The Warriors Series

by Erin Hunter
These books are great ! They are about a house cat who wanders into the forest and suddenly finds himself in a world of action. Although having a part in ongoing wars between rival clans of cats may not seem fun, Rusty finds that he was not meant to be a house cat, he was meant to be a warrior . . .

I love the Warriors books, and I also want to say that Erin Hunter is also writing book(s?) about bears, and the first book (or mabye the series title?) is called Seeker.

I like Seekers. It is way better than warriors. I like them both, though.

No offense, but I... Seriously dislike Seekers.  I read about half of the first book, and stopped. Warriors > Seekers. Seekers isn't interesting.  What I read goes like this...

*Bear lose families and some dislike humans and meet weird magic bear thing*

Cat warriors, on the other hand... I love the clan thing.  The first two warriors series  were incredible, and Firestar's quest was good, too.  However, the third series... Had bad main characters, and nothing happened except all clan war for no reason and Sol! (Man!  I HATE Sol!) And 'omg we have powers'. (I did like the Jayfeather in the past thing)  I liked, that in the first series, the books had some sort of realisticness (Except for Starclan) but the third series ruined it! And they'll do it again in The Fourth Apprentice.  Stop the stupid plot and make better characters!  But, still, Cat warriors is many times better than Seekers. (The first two series, anyways.)

OK.  I  am a total Warriors addict. i read all the main books (as of now 17) and almost all of the supplements.  I think and dream about Warriors all the time.  I read the books over and over and over.  The series has kinda gotten to be like a soap opera, but it is still my favorite series. I'm addicted to it.  I could rattle on and on about Warriors forever.

The Warriors series are the best action/adventure books I've ever read. I own all the books except the first two, which I got from the library. I'm a big fan of cats and I've tried writing my own Warriors book/story.
