This book is about four girls named Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy growing up in Concord, Massachuetts, during the Civil War. When their father is a soldier in the war, the four March sisters share everthing together, especially secrets and family loves.

This is a good book even though it has some sad parts. If you like this book you should read the sequel, Little Men.

THIS BOOK IS AMAZING. THE MOVIE IS JUST THE SAME. THOUGH MOST KIDS DONT THINK TO READ IT, SCHOOLS SHOULD ADD THIS TO THEIR CURRICULUM.

I love this book. The local theatre put this show on last year and I played Beth. Has anyone else acted in this? It was weird playing someone who died. I love Jo. She's so cool! Smile
