Photography Contest: Sports

Ah, the hazy, crazy days of summer! In August, athletes from all over the world will be competing for Olympic medals in Bejing. Meanwhile, everybuggy in Cricket Country is enjoying baseball, swimming, and sports of all kinds. What a perfect time for a sports photography contest!

So, grab your camera and head out to capture an action-packed sports moment. Will you photograph someone sliding into second base, smashing a tennis ball over the net, or shooting a winning basket? Maybe you'll snap a fisherman hooking a big one, or a horse and rider elegantly clearing a jump in an equestrian event. Maybe you'll try all of these ideas and more. It's up to you. But send us only one sports photograph, please--your very best. Everybuggy will be doing the 100-yard dash to the mailbox to be the first to see it.
