Personality: Secretive, quiet, dark.
Appearance: Messy, curly hair hangs over his unatrurally purple eyes. Pointy nose, normal build, and pale skin.
Superhero name: Blackout
Powers: Can become invisible, knows martial arts, super tough.
How Powers Were Received: Ian, who was tired of his pointless life, got blown off course during his suiside attempt, and instead of landing on the pavement, he broke through the glass of a warehouse and landed in a pile of techology. The warehouse belonged to a group of scientists who had already invented the monorail and the jetpack, and were just completing an invisibility machine. That pile of technology was the invisibility machine.
Working with WASUP?: No, and probably never will
Typical costume: Black shirt, belt, and pants (not the kind with the underwear on the outside.) Wears purple gloves, boots, and facemask (from which only his eyes are visible) with a black and purple "B" logo on his chest. No cape.
Other: After obtaining his powers, Ian emerged from the mangled tech, and ran out of the warehouse. The machine didn't just give him powers, his brain got a shock, too. The shock made him realize his life wasn't pointless-his purpose was to keep people safe from crime. Later he took karate, created gadgets like the black hole gun, and named himself 'Blackout', but refused to join WASUP.
