ChinchillaParticipant??????????
????????????????????Sigh, ok. BUT THE REASON I CHOSE HERITIGE IS BECAUSE I'M NOT VERY KEEN ON THE "KILL ALL!!!!" THING. LESS AGRESSION. ok…. let me think a bit on this…. sigh, street pack please. BUT she's not as agressive as the other street wolves. AND she's fasinated by nature because she's almost never seen it in her life. Thanks for giving me a heads up warning though. REALLY SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN POSTING, JUST I'M SOOOOOOOO BUSY.

Viola~
Yes, I'm a modern vampire. Most people hear that and think, "Oh, they go undercover in the city!" In truth, that is what I had been doing. But the meddlesome boy from next door happened to see me in my true form. Why, oh why must six-year-olds make such an impact on life? I'm not a bad person. I'm just trying to survive, just like the rest of us. But the humans don't understand that. The humans don't understand that none of them have been turned into vampires because of my pity, and that I'm starving because of it. What do I get as a reward of my generosity? Pitchforks, cannons, arrows, flaming sticks, garlic, and crosses. I have welts all up and down my body. At least they chased me off at night.
I glance outside of the cave I've been hiding in. It's all right. Seeing as I'm part bat, it feels like home in a way, but after living as a human for so long, it doesn't feel right. I need to find another town. But I didn't eat last night, and I'm starving. Tonight, I fill my stomach.
People think that "filling my stomach" means I'm going to turn Dracula, with a long cape and my fangs shining, going "Bleh bleh bleh! I vill suck your blood!" Well, the cape may be true; I like capes, they make me feel powerful. But really? "Bleh bleh bleh"? Where'd that come from? I may eat blood, but I don't think of it as converting humans. I think of it as surviving.
Besides, I don't turn anyone into vampires, as I have already stated. I have found that if I become a vampire bat, the humans are not affected. I get much less nourishment, yes, and if I'm discovered, I will be killed, not chased, but in the long run it's okay. Because I care about the humans, unlike some of my fellows.
It's time to change.
With the naked eye, a vampire turning into a bat is done in about five seconds. But to a vampire, it feels much longer. My nose lengthens, my hair shoots back into my skull, my whole body shrinks, hair pops up everywhere, my clothes melt away, my fingers and toes elongate, and my wings grow. I can't say it hurts. It doesn't. It's just a strange sensation. Why must I be such a pitiful vampire that I must undergo this twice a night?
I take off into the night, my destination set. There is a family in my old town- that is not so far away -that studies bats. If I was found, I would be examined, not killed.
The flight is not more than twenty minutes. I alight on the windowsill of the girl's bedroom. She always keeps her door open; I think it's for a cat, I can detect hairs with echolocation. I soar smoothly and silently to the left side of her head. She's sleeping on her side; all the better. I detect the small indentations in her skin and gently place my fangs to them, careful not to wake her.
With a small prick, beads of blood appear. My first lick is… heaven. How can I explain it? It's water after two days in the desert. It's cotton candy during a baseball game. I take another lick. And another. My fangs sink deeper.
The girl groans. If bats could gasp, I would. Instead, I hop backwards as she slaps her neck. Before she can call out, I fly to the window.
"Mooooooom?"
But I'm already gone, a speck in the dark night.

Shadow DragonParticipantThursday~
The rat squirms between my fingers. l blink at it, the toss it away. Animals are never a good sorce of blood, l'm going to strave if l don't find a proper human soon.
The other rats in the tunnel stare at me with their beady little eyes. "You're in luck, vermin. l have to find a better food." l hiss, scattering them as l march to the surface. It's cool and dark, peaceful. But l've stayed down here too long. It's time to move on. As always.
It's dark as the inside of the tunnel, with a half-moon dimly shining and the lights of a small town in the distance. Ah, just my luck. Hopefully l can reach it before dawn. l quicky transform into a bat, then start to climb higher in the sky, beating my wings, higher and higher….To live for speed. Humans will never understand this. Or werewolves. The only thing werewolves aregood for is to hear their screams.
It's been a long time since l have.

In my dormitoryI would like to play, but I saw your comments so I would just like to make a comment. I have some relations in Forks WA (yes same place as the Twilight books) and we all say the same thing: 1. Let a Jedi come by and hack it to pieces with their lightsaber 2. Then let a Seawing come through and beat it with her tail 3. Last, but definitely not least let Smaug come and stoke up a fire using it as the kindling. 😉 And is this game slightly based off of Jessica Day George's book Silver in the blood?
-
Phantom N.ParticipantBefore l post, are Jack and Luke in the same Pack?
-
DanieParticipantI don't think so.
-
BrookeiraParticipantI bow to the leader of our pack, Sepulchur.
"Welcome, Kitsune," he says, using my Ordeer name, "We're glad you could come."
Someone bangs on the door and and comes open. I turn to it and…

DanieParticipantLuke~
A cloaked figure shuffles across pavement. Quiet, glistening eyes fill the air.
A door opens, creaking and quietly, letting in some light into the darkness. The cloaked figure greets the light with a nod of his head.
Luke takes off his cloak, shoving off dirt from his boots. He greets Malcom, and rolls his cloak off onto the floor. Carefully closing the door behind himself, Luke smiles.
"Hello, baby-cub," He picks Lucy off the ground and hugs her. Lucy giggles quietly and tightly holds on to Luke as they walk into the kitchen.
"Luke? Is that you?" A familar face beckons Luke over.
"Hello, Mother," Luke nods toward the middle-aged lady.
"Finally you call me something besides Perenelle…" Luke's mother sighs. Luke sniffs.
"Pizza?.."
"I wanted to try something new," Malcom bounces into the room, smiling.
"Will you ever mature?" groans another voice. Perry.
"Mother said that I'm mature for an eight-year old!" Malcom pipes.
"Well, for a 12-year old such as me you're as annoying as heck," Perry retorts.
"Perry!" Perenelle warns.
"Fine, mother." Perry slumps onto a chair.
"Is food ready yet? Luke, is food ready yet?" Lucy streaks into the room, bouncing excitely.
"Almost, dear," Luke's mother replies. Lucy smiles brightly and slips into a chair. Malcom joins her. Luke sit on the far end patiently.
"When will Father and Uncle Jesse be back?" Perry asks.
"Right about now," Luke replies, listening for the sound of footsteps. He hears a door creak open, and Lucy races for it.
"I wanna open it, Lucy!" Malcom races after her. "I wanna, I wanna!"
Lucy is already hugging Uncle Jesse.
"Hi Daddy! Hi Uncle Jesse!" Malcom squeals.
"What a crazy bunch you created, Jonathan," Jesse jokes, peeling Lucy off his leg.
"Hello, dad," Luke gets up from his chair.
"Hello, son," Jonathan clasp's Lukes hand and sits into a chair.
"Just in time! Pizza's ready!" Perenelle slides the plate of pizza onto the table. Malcom eagarly takes a piece. The plate slides around the table until finally reaching Luke, who takes two pieces.
"'Don't take more than you can eat'," Lucy says, quoting Perenelle.
"Yeah, yeah," Luke rolls his eyes.
After that, the small apartment is filled with small chatter. Perry, realizing just how good pizza is, filled his plate to the brim. Perenelle sighs.
And that, is an average day of the Loyalkey household.

Well, well, well.
I can tell instantly this bat isn't a bat. It's a vampire bat. And this is not their native area. That can only mean one thing: I have competition.
And that is unacceptable.
I whirl around in the air to look- or, echolocate- this new person. I screech, clearly saying, "This is my territory. Scram."
I really shouldn't be picking a fight. This bat is huge, and I am small. But this town is under my protection. And I won't let any other vampires enter it, unless they aren't eating, which this one totally is.
There will be no converted vampires in my town while I am alive.
