Savvy44x ParticipantAnd I picked my name because I wanted an Internet name, and my 3 favorite YouTubers at the Tim were Stacy, Stampy, and Sqaishey, so I I wanted a name that started with an S ended with a Y and had an A somewhere in the middle. And Savvy means smart and… How do I say it… Prepared? You know what it means. X is the most mysterious letter so that's where that's from and the 4s…. I have no idea just popped into my head.

Nora the SingerParticipantSupernova: Cayke's nickname for me. It was later shortened to Nova or, in some cases, Novi. A nickname within a nickname. (I call her Cakepop, which was later shortened to Poppy or, in some cases, Pop.)
Norrie: Magic Dragon's nickname for me. (I call her Mag.)
Norange: Violet's nickname for me. If she's in a playful mood, she'll spell it like Nowwange. (I call her Violettinasharonfloracoradoraauroramajestyannabeththethird – LONG STORY. VERY, VERY LONG AND HILARIOUS STORY. If I'm in a rush, I'll shorten it to Violettina or Vi.)
Hedgehog: BHR's nickname for me. (I call her Penguini.)
I have a few others, but those are the most memorable. In real life I'm just plain old Maeve, or occasionally Maevie.

Over the RainbowParticipantNora! Hey! I haven't seen you for a long time! I'm glad you're here. I was worried that you had left!
People call my OtR, Rainbow, and Over, but I don't really consider those as nicknames… more of things that people call me instead of my official name. Well, I soppose that is the definition of nickname… so I do have nicknames!
In real life, I will not tolerate nicknames, except for when people call me Chameleon. Long story. My little sister also calls me a very annoying nickname which is an annoying abbreviation of my real name. I won't post it here. I absolutely HATE when she uses it!
Also, my parents call me 'sweetie' and stuff.
-
Shadow DragonParticipantYup. People always call me "Jess" or "Jessie" which l hate, my real name being Jessica. It is so very annoying.
-
Nora the SingerParticipantHey! *bear hugs* Don't worry, I haven't left! I've just been less active recently, mostly because of midterms and just general school-related stress. But hopefully I'll have more time to come online once things calm down a bit!

Blonde Heroines RuleParticipantOhmygosh I have a ton of nicknames it's not even funny. Some irl ones I won't say here but some my friends have given me are:
Stitch (my best friend started calling me this and it rapidly caught on due to my many similarities to the character, hehehe)
Blonde Warrior (Another friend started calling me this due to my name and my tendency to jump into fights)
Ziggy (this was really just random)
Anne (As in Anne Shirley)
Spawn of satan
etc you get the idea.
I also have a lot of irl ones as well as a ton of pseudonyms. My nicknames come around primarily due to my randomness and insanity.

KatydidParticipantA few people have called me Katy, but mostly Katydid. If you've noticed, on occasion I'll change the last part to a different word like 'Katydork.'
I originally did the same as most of you, I came on as Katie S. Then Kt, how I like to spell my name.
Eventualy I thought of Katydid, which for somereason I though was a flower. Only to find it was a Tettigoniidae, in the same family as a Cricket, and Grasshopper! It was so perfect, my name being Katy. I basically but my name and Cricket together!! Cx
In real life, there are a lot of Katies, so I'm trying to go by Kit Kat, one of my roleplay characters.
My brother calls me Kathy, due to my full name being Katherine (I don't like it.)
So yeah, Katie is technically my nickname. Lol.

St.OwlParticipantRecarnated
EverywhereWell, I think I told the story before, but I'll tell it again:
It all started with Pottermore, the days when chatting was allowed and I had a lot of friends there. I noticed some of them signed off with different names– nicknames– and I decided to get one too. I decided to name it off my Patronus, but I kept getting owls and stags, so I smashed 'em together and made a creature called a Stowl. However, for some reason, Pottermore did not recognize stowl as a real word, and so I had to abbreviate it somehow. I landed on "St.owl."Then, one night, I explained to my parents this, and my mom exclaimed, "That sounds like St.Owl!" and it stuck.
Other nicknames: St., Owl, Owly, and, inexplicably, Trix. I think there was also a "St. the Owl Rap Gangster" or something like that along the way, but… it was vetoed. Of course.

Abigail S.Participant11
Nose In a BookThe only CB nickname I have is Abi, and I made that one up myself. I did it because when I was posting with A a few times "Abigail and Critic A" doesn't fit into the name box, so I shortened it to Abi, and it thereby fit.
-
AmberParticipantMy friends and I used to write a bunch of novels, so we changed all our names to aliases. Ex: Sandy to Starre, and my name to Amber.
Arann to Amber. I've always like the name Amber, so it sounded great to me.
Some other nicknames are: Aradare, Aries, and even (foolish males) A-Aron and Air-Air.

Aquina W.Participant13
AtlantisI don't really know why I chose Aquina W. I just was using it as a temporary pseudonym on here, but it just stuck. I also, if you havne't noticed, love animals. Turtles especially, and armadillos, and cats, e.c.t. e.c.t.
-
Leaf of Love ParticipantMy name started with Leaf on a different website, and I had used Leaf of Love before, so I just chose it and started posting. People call me Leaf on this website and the other one.
-
Booksy OwlyParticipantWell, I love books… And I love owls… I've always wanted someone to call me Booksy, but no one ever has, so it feels nice for you guys too.
Yeah, I also go by Booksy. Not very creative, is it? 🙂

The NovelistParticipantThe Secret ForestHa ha! Nice nicknames!!!
Mine, "The Novelist," is just a simple thing I came up with because I'm writing a book! It's actually a novel, and I keep calling it that for some reason.
My location? Well that's just a secret . . . .
-
hotairballoonParticipantWell, obviously, I've got the abbreviation H.A.B., but that's about it. My name came from an Owl City song, but now when I type it, I don't think of that at all. I guess it really just stuck. I don't have any nicknames in real life. My parents and friends just call me by my real name.
