Arra doesn't think my answer is right, but I'm so sure of it! The more I think of it, the more I'm sure. There is nothing in the gaps between your teeth, nothing in the letters you don't send, nothing is impossible (that's what I've learned so far in Kyngdom), nothing is free, if you don't try nothing (excuse my bad grammar) you won't gain nothing either!

I'm sorry Wiseowl, I am kind of rejecting your answer too quickly. Your argument makes sense, I'm just confused about the last line of the riddle. Venture means "to go" or "to travel". How can you travel nothing?
Venture can also mean:
1. to expose to hazard : risk, gamble <ventured a buck or two on the race>
2. to undertake the risks and dangers of : brave <ventured the stormy sea>
3. to offer at the risk of rebuff, rejection, or censure <venture an opinion>Admin

After talking with Wiseowl, Trill walked through the door. "Impossible….venture….gain….Nothing?" she heard Wiseowl say. "I agree," Trill called. She sat down and waited for Charlie to put in the code.

Trill jumped. "What's wrong?" Thimble asked her. "Nothing…" Trill joked, grinning at her irony. "Wait, Thimble….What day is it?" she asked suddenly. "May 31…" Thimble answered shakily. "Oh. Okay. Thanks," she replied. Thimble walked away. Trill could hardly believe it. Tomorrow was her birthday!
