I step into the cave, my claws unshealded and making scraping noises on the rough dirt. A few moments into the dark cave i heard another scraping noise. I paused, one paw raised, and listened. It almost sounded like voices, and not too far away. Probably even in this cave. And one almost sound like….Eli! I purr excitedly and started pounding foward. "Eil! Eli im coming!" There were more voices, some rushed footsteps, then everything was quite. Claaws kept bounding fowards, only to slow to a stop as she faced the gate. Like the last one it was closed. Claaws mummbled angerly, and gingerly proded the gate. It didnt budge. She pushed with all her strength (which being a Power is alot.) and it didn't even squeek. She tried opening it from the other side, poking her paw under the gate, only to be shocked and burned. She mummbled angerly, looking for the code. After a few minutes of surching, she found what used to be the code and the riddle. Shattered. Beyond use. Cealani flapped his wings nervously behind her. Claaws shook her head. "There must be another way. There hast to be."
My dragon pirate capacha says noon. No, its not quite noon yet. Oh, are you finally telling me your name? Noon the pirate dragon capacha? Actually, thats really cute!

MoonRacer followed Claaws about three wingspans away, keeping an eye out for any thing suspicious. She pulled out the globe and whispered Eli into it. Nothing, as usual. But the sphere was shining like crazy, almost half-blinding her. Excited,MoonRacer clutched the sphere in her talons and hurried to catch up with Claaws. There was only one reason why the sphere could be glimmering like that- Eli must be close.
MoonRacer decided to Probe for Eli. Probing, like most dragon magic, has positive and negative effects. When probing, dragons retreat into their mind and sheach for other beings, regardless of where. When probing, a dragon cannot feel anything happening to their body-meaning anything can happen during that time. A stronger entity might also try and control the dragons body by taking over their mind with force. Exactly what happened.
MoonRacer suceded into mind, spreading her thoughts out and concentrating on finding Eli. She could feel the presence of Claaws and Cealani walking. Suddenly, MoonRacer was jolted back into the tunnels by a powerful force- one that was trying to take over her mind. "OhEEeee!AnOthEr ToY!" it shrieks. Stunned, MoonRacer let her defenses fall, for just a minute. The thing made MoonRacer pull her arm back, almost hurling the orb. "No!" she yelped.
THe extra burst of panic from her startled the creature, letting its grasp slip for a minute. Winded, MoonRacer let the thing pull itself from her mind and curled up on the tunnel floor, gasping for air. As soon as she got her breath back, MoonRacer mused over what happened for a moment. The thing wanted me, she realized. I sensed Eli also-he must be in control of the creature! MoonRacer dusted herself off and made a silent vov: Whatever or whoever you are, I will hunt you down to the ends of the earth and get Eli back. The next time it tried something like that, MoonRacer would be ready.

It's definitely forest. Have you ever heard that silly fairy tale where this country bumpkin decides to visit a town, but when he gets there he comments "I can't see the town for all the houses!"? Well this is the same concept. You can't see the forest for all the trees.
