I crashed through bramble just as Trill replied," Faunalia? Over here!"

"What's up?" I asked.

"We need to help Almond." She showed me the note. I repeated it quietly.

"Yeah, I found one too. Let's go!" I didn't even hesitate. I loved to help other animals in any way I can. I am, after all, a panther.

"Wait. First, I'd like you to meet Wiseowl and Scarlet." They nodded at me, and I nodded back.

Suddenly a noise was heard and Trill murmered so softly I almost didn't hear her. "Now what?"

"Trill????" the voice said. Who was it?

Trill started running. She fell down, and someone else did too. "Icy!!!," Trill breathed. "I thought you were… ya know… uh…" She trailed off.

I had heard the name before. Wasn't she a power guardian? And I would get to meet her?!
