September ParticipantCool idea, Mei!
Mei: A glowing ember
Scylla: Sea glass
Brookeria: Waterfall
Cho: Drifting clouds
Bluebire: Sunshine
Leeli: Sunflowers
Jack-A-Nat: Cherry blossoms
I'll do a couple more later.
-
ScyllaParticipantI love sea glass! I've found a couple blue pieces before. It's very calming, I think.
-
BluebirdParticipantSunshine? I'm flattered, thank you very much! September, here is a picture of what I imagine you as:
-
-
CockleburrParticipantScylla- Lightning and shadows
OtR- Juicy red cherries! In a cute little basket!
Abigail- A snuggly blue fleece blanket
Rosebud- Something soft and pink
Jack-a-Nat- The sky
-
Daisy, @CockleburrParticipantCockleburr: unlike your name, I envision you as treetop canopy. I can't really explain it; but that is what really sticks out to me. I feel like- let me try to explain.
Like a treetop canopy, people don't know your beauty is right there above them, waiting to be discovered. But once they remember, and look, they hold their breathe in awe of the vast importance and beauty before them.
-
Cockleburr, @DaisyParticipantThank you Daisy! I love your discription!
I see you as a sunflower with light shineing on it, lovely, bright and golden. The color of a smile and a joyful laugh. Your personality really sparkles with kindness that reaches out and touches everyone, like a warm sunbeam. It's hard to be unhappy with the sun shineing on you, just like I can't be sad when someone with such a warm, sunny smileing personality is talking to me! You glitter like dew on a blade of grass at dawn, glitter like the sea at sunset. Like pure happiness.

-
-
Rose budParticipantSomething soft and pink, like…Meeeeeeeee!
-
Clouded LeopardParticipantI'll do some more!
Icy: Movie film from the 1960’s
Cockleburr: Tree bark
Booksy Owly: Slippery ice
Daisy: I agree; warm sunshine
Alexandra: Harp strings
Bluebird: Blue gel ink
Windswift: Prairie grasses
-
AlexandraParticipantHarp strings… I like it!
Clouded Leopard: A patch of rabbit fur in a dry, golden prarie with beautiful sunshine shining down on it.
Bookworm: The first thing that pops to mind is ALWAYS a giant green bookworm with gigantic plastic red glasses, but that's not a material, so… I guess you're wood. The smell of wood, the texture of wood, everything woody.
Daisy: You are light, shining inside everyone and making their hearts glow.
Jack-A-Nat: A broken, polished seashell by the sea on the empty beach, making the cold place feel warmer.
Ashlee: You are a tree in a calm forest, giving shade and kindness to people.
Abi: A white feather, floating in the air among pillars
I'll think of more later!
-
WindswiftParticipantMei-xue: a fiery red mushroom. No explanation.
Icy: a frosty morning, the dew lightly sparkling like diamonds in the sunshine. Your beautiful personality just fits in that scene.
Bluebird: A cloudless sky, calm and content.
Sylla: I agree, your definitely sea-glass
CL: the jungle floor, shafts of light pricking through the canopy to land across the overgrown foliage.
Brookiera: a pen. *shrugs*
Claaws: black, silver lined scales.
OTR: a rainbow over the mountains. I'm so creative
Riddler: A circus tent, the light from the show illuminating the canvas like a nightlight.
More soon!!!!!
-
BluebirdParticipantI love it, Windswift! It's cool how a lot of people see me as a sky or sunshine or wind. Here is a picture of how I imagine you (and yes, I chose a polaroid on purpose):
(Btw I can do anyone else who wants one)
-
WindswiftParticipantOMIGOODNESS!!!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCU BLUE BIRD!!!!!!
that pic just represents my name, its PERFECT!!!!!!
-
-
-
BluebirdParticipantThat's so cool! What's weird is that I have this blue gel pen that I use all the time… Here is a picture of how I imagine you:
-
BluebirdParticipantThe picture of ivy was for Clouded Leopard, I forgot to say the name. Oops!
-
-
-
Daisy ParticipantAww, thanks Cockleburr! The description was lovely that you gave me. *copys and pastes it to save it on computer*
Thanks, Clouded Leapord! Oh, geez, i spelled that wrong… um… leaperd? nope. Leapard? ugh. Leopord? Leopard? I have no clue. I never realized how hard that word is to spell.
-
Clouded LeopardParticipantLeapard?
L-Leapord? Leopord?Yeah, a lot of people have trouble spelling that part of my name! It's actually Leopard (I know, it sounds like it should be Leapord!), but it's alright. I don't mind any misspelings at all. I've actually misspelled it myself a few times… o_o'
-
WindswiftParticipantSome more!!!
Cocklburr: A golden sunrise on lake Michigan. I've seen many of them 🙂
Daisy: A prairie be speckled with purple, yellow, and white daisy flowers.
Kestrel: a Sunflower, reaching its head towards the sun.
Bared: a disembodied head. Just kidding!! A camo jeep on the Saharan desert.
-
DaisyParticipantThanks! And that "disembodiened head" was hilarious… No offense, Gared. But LOL! It was so funny! I actually laughed out loud! (And I never do that)
-
WindswiftParticipant*Gared
-
WindswiftParticipantIs it just me or did the thread name change from 'CBers as materials to CBers as substances? Its probably just me…
-
DaisyParticipanti noticed it too! It's not just you. Maybe it's just you and me. 😉
-
The RiddlerParticipantI noticed that too!
-
-
-
-
-
Shadowcat ParticipantMei: ink
Brook: ice
CL: fur
Scylla: scales
Leafpool: water
Cookleburr: A strong tree in a bright forest
-
The RiddlerParticipantOk, I have some!
Kestrel: The light the sun makes when it's shining on a pool – the cool, squiggly lines.
Windswift: A cool breeze with autumn leaves drifting through.
Owlgirl: A dark blue spiral
Mei: A swirly orange, yellow and red pattern spiraling downwards, like when you drop a drop of ink into water.
Scylla: A turquiose blue ocean wave
Brooklyn Newsie: Trees covered in snow
Daisy: For some reason I always picture a yellowish greenish colour. I would say probably a daisy (I know, so creative!) with the same colour in the middle.
Claaws: A ninja
Icy: Kind of like icycles, but sticking up from the ground. And they're very tall and slightly curved.
-
DaisyParticipantThanks! For you, I imagine:
a dark red color, mixed with swirls of black. It's not an angry red, but a mysterious one. The object that is painted with those colors is a shoe and a stick. Don't ask me why! I don't have a clue.
-
The RiddlerParticipantHaha thank you Daisy! It's so random that it's amazing!
-
-
-
September ParticipantHere's some more:
The Riddler: Black silk
Clouded Leopard: Swirling mist
Icy:Glass
Inktail: Feathers!
Hotairballoon:
OtR: Weirdly, I think of you as a hot air balloon. . . don't ask why
