ILDaisy:You're really kind & sweet.you're fun and well awesome!
Abigail S.:You're great just for starting this thread that tells me that you're kind and care about others
Admins:You are the best!!Without you the CB would cease to exist! You work hard for us so we can do the CB and beacause of you we know that the CB is safe and you won't post mean stuff.Thank You for doing this.
-
LeafpoolParticipantThank you, Cockleburr! ❤️
-
Rose budParticipantBooksy, you are so sweet and encouraging! And a great writer besides!
Kestrel, you are creative and your characters are so realistic. I've had a lot of fun with Keen and Fermata in The Three Kingdoms RP!
-
nobody in particularParticipantNo offense to anybody, but I've read every single comments and I've seen some names that are repeated over and over again. I'm a CBer who has been here a long time and I would think that someone would remember that I live here. Anyway just keep commenting about the same people over and over agian. Don't mind us little CBers hidden in the courner.
-
Another nobodyParticipantYes, yes. Do go on.
-
. . . ParticipantI feel the same way. I was only mentioned once on this thread.
-
Kaleidoscope GryphonParticipant13!!!!!!!!
The Prism SkyRonan: Your characters are always amazing, their personalities are always super deep and well thought and even without your charries you have an amazing and imaginative personality!
Hobbit: You have a sharp and different personality which I think makes you a great person!
-
A little nameParticipantI've also seen that on picturing threads, like the new 'CBers as characters' thread on DtE. Not once have I seen my name even remotely mentioned, and if I do it's usually only because I make a long comment first. I guess I'm just not a big-name first-to-memory CBer.
-
A CommentParticipantGuys, I'm not trying to be mean, quite the contarary in fact. But if you would please, possibly, tell me who you are? I have thousands upon thousands of compliments in my head for each of you, and sometimes it's hard to simply remember to post. I don't have that much time. And I'd appreciate a reminder. So please? Tell us who you are. There's no shame. Ask for a picturing. Ask for a compliment. It's just sometimes hard to remember. We really appreciate you, we do.
-
CockleburrParticipantI feel really bad now. Do you think you can tell me who you are so I can apologize to you by your names? I'm really sorry.
-
-
.ParticipantI feel the same way. I've only been mentioned once and I always get the same compliment. I hate to be selfish, but I used to post a fair amount, and I'm having trouble keeping up with everyone nowadays.
-
Cho ChangParticipantHey, guys, I would like to point something out: I myself am not often posted on anyone's first compliment post.
Everyone tends to just to compliment the first people who come to mind. And don't feel bad about asking for a compliment! That's the whole purpose of the thread: To feel good about yourself!
So ask away!
-
LeeliParticipantIm having mixed feelings about this. On one hand, I agree with you, comment, somebody, . ,and a nobody. I was only mentioned twice in this thread. I'm not always on, and I probably don't come to mind a lot. Thank you so much, Daisy, and Kaleidoscope Gryphon, for your heartfelt and sweet compliments. But I don't want to complain. I'm not always going to be on the front page, or known by everyone. And I need to be okay with that. I' may never be a big and important person. But the CB doesn't need more big and important people. It needs people who are kind, and compassionate. So that's what I'm going to be. The CBers who didn't mention us little people in the corner, were doing their best. They only give compliments to who they remember. It might hurt sometimes to not be remembered like the big CBers, the popular ones. But we can't blame other CBers for that. I mean, I do the same thing when I compliment! But when we do get a compliment, we can just be thankful to that person. And it never hurts to ask for a compliment either. I, among other CBers, want to be asked when I compliment people, because I KNOW I won't remember everybody. I'm not perfect. So, Comment, Somebody, A Nobody, and ., please tell us your names so we can apologize and compliment you. We don't know who you are, because you went under aliases. But see, I told the CB how I feel under my CB name. We would like to know your names. And CBers who didn't compliment me, my best wishes to you. I'm not mad, I hold nothing against you. If you forgot me, that's ok. I know you, and remember you, but I might not always remember you in my compliments. But if everyone would try a little harder to ask for compliment when they aren't complimented, and to try to compliment smaller, less known people, I think the compliment threads would all be better places.

Cho ChangParticipantEmber: Although you're very new to the CB, I adore your personality and writing style! You're a sweet girl, and the CB needs you. 🙂
Remus: (Yes, I know your name is Roran, but I will forever remember you as Remus.) I enjoy your quirky writing style, admire how you still adore Thomas the Train (One of my fav charries as a kid), and I look forward to seeing you around more!
Do more later!
-
Ronan ParticipantWell, it is quite clever if you read the original stories.
-
-
ElvinaParticipantI'm sorry
I'm sorry guys. I didn't mean to do that. I feel really guilty now. I messed up a perfectly good thread. I think my emotions have been a little haywire lately since I've been up till midnight on NaNo.
-
CockleburrParticipantI'm sorry, Elvina. I should have remembered more people and complimented them.
Elvina, you are really clever and a good writer. You care about people's feelings and are really nice. You are also a really fun person to talk to. I don't know if you really notice me at all, but I really want to get to know you better.
-
ElvinaParticipantThanks.
Cockleburr, You are such a bright and cherry person. I do notice you a lot. When you first joined, you're name was Lyra right? Anyway thanks and I'd love to get to know you better.
-
CockleburrParticipantThank you, Elvina. It was so nice of you when you tried to give me your own name because I liked it. Even though it was your real name! That was just so, so kind. But I feel like Cockleburr now!
-
Rose budParticipantIcy, you make me laugh 🙂
UNSUSPECTINGSTORYTELLER, you are bold and brave and fun. I love reading your writing.

-
LeeliParticipantElvina, is okay! Everyone messes up. And I think you did a good thing by posting that, because there were a lot of other unknown people out there who had simalar feelings and thoughts. And we never would have known how all of you really felt if you hadn't have posted.
Elvina~
You are sweet and kind, and admit when your wrong. Even though you may not always be the first CBer to come to mind, you are still a great CBer. You don't need to be popular to be loved. And I think your name is really creative. 🙂

SatinParticipant11
Emma T.Evilina you are the first CBer who comes to mind for me.My first post ever was on your"HARRY POTTER RP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-
The RiddlerParticipantI think I was on the Harry Potter RP too! And for some reason I remember very clearly doing your picturing on the "Some Pictures I…" thread.
-
Satin Participant11

EverywhereSo . . . I have to admit something.
I don't think I know many of you well anymore.
I'm not complaining, not at all. You would never believe how bad I am at people. It can take me months just to remember someone's name properly. But I think that there are so many people coming on, and not posting as much as others, and the newer ones kind of have to jostle for space in my memory with the older CBers, who I really care about.
I'm going to try my best with these compliments. But I don't know how many of you people I can really compliment. I know your names when I see them . . . but I don't know their personalities, what RPs you've been in, what you're like. And it's not your fault, it's wholly mine, I'm just sorry I couldn't compliment more of you. There are people who are scrolling through this thread searching for their name, and I don't think I'll be able to give them that. I want to do as many people as possible, but I also don't want to do a one-liner compliment saying "I like the way you write." I want my compliments to be heartfelt and real, and it's really hard for me to do that sometimes.
So I'm sorry in advance.
Indigo: I have to thank you a million times over. Indigo, over NaNo I've gotten to know you so well, and I can't imagine a world without you. Just conversations about rain scented bath oil make me smile. It was so fun doing all those word wars with you, and talking about how you want to make a sweater that looks like the night sky. You're a fantabulous writer, amazingly creative, and truly supportive and amazing to everyone. I love you so much.
Shadow Dragon: You have an air of sophistication about you that many don't have. You're prominently different from other people, but in such an amazing way; your wry humor and unique insight is always something I look forward to hearing. When you join an RP, your characters are well-thought-out and well written; you easily manipulate words in a way that I could compare to Lemony Snicket or Neil Gaiman. You're so often putting yourself down, but you really shouldn't, South Dakota, because you fly sky-high.
Clouded Leopard: Y'know, I still don't know you very well, to tell you the truth. But what I do know of you I admire. You're humorous when you need to be and serious at other times. You're obviously well-written, and polite, and you get along well with others. That's something to be proud of.
BHR: I used to think you were in the mold of Cayke. But that was a long time ago. Talking with you opens up a whole new horizon, full of zombie guts, Peter Pan, and explosions. You're just the right type of gal to get along with everyone while still having that hilariously dark form of humor. You're adaptable to almost every conversation, and every type of person. I love you a lot, BHR, and you'd better never change.
Abigail S.: There's really nothing to say about you; maybe that's because I'm feeling redundant, after saying similar things about others? Everyone deserves their own, unique form of flattery; but at the same time, everyone on the CB is so welcoming and wonderful and huggy that it's hard to set you apart. It's because you're so amazing, Abi. You're so fantastic and welcoming and friendly and a stupendous writer to boot. Hobbes, Critic, and Mandy will never hesitate to make me smile, and neither will your familiar face on a thread.
It's late at night, I really am feeling redundant, and also I should be writing. I'm going to post these now, and do more tomorrow. <3
