Brookeira-AnnouncingParticipantTHE SPOTS ARE HERE!
Main characters:
The Fighter:
Name: Esthaenie G
Gender: Female
Appearance: Medium height, with waist-length red hair in a complicated braided crown around her head. Gray/green eyes framed by large, dark purple glasses. Wears a simple purple gown. Has huge white angel wings.
Personality: Quiet and introverted, but friendly. Very smart. Stubborn at times. Seems courageous, but really insecure.
Species: Avariel/winged elf
Alignment: Neutral Good
The Rogue:
Name: Danielle Amora
Gender: Female
Appearance: Bright green hair cut in a bob, brown eyes with a mischevious glint, short in height. Her ears are normal but a bit on the large side. Wears a black cloak with green markings, with the sleeves rolled up to her elbow. Baggy pants and a shirt with no sleeves. Large brown boots that go right below her knees.
Personality: Bold, has strong opinions, and protective. Tries too hard to be cool, is more intelligent than you might think, but can come off as annoying and rather rude. Rather witty, has a good sense of humor but is still on the sensitive side.
Species: Half elf
Alignment: Chaotic Good
The Wizard:
Name: Illaeara
Gender: Female
Personality: Reserved. Very secretive. Intelligent, and loves her friends, despite not showing it. Seems unemotional and competitive to any outsider's point of view. Is desensitized to all violence. Very self-deprecating and insecure, despite being the most powerful member of the party besides maybe Westward (see Westward's bio). Has a highly androgynous voice, but appears somewhat more female than male due to the almost dress-like robes.
Appearance: Wears a navy blue dress/robe with a jagged hem and a hood. Wears white gloves and grey boots. No one can see beyond her hood. She has a collar that casts an impenetrable darkness inside of her cloak, preventing people from seeing within. She casts Dancing Lights to make two spheres of light inside her cloak that look like eyes. In reality, she is a reformed Dark Elf (aka Drow) with dark grey skin, white hair and silver eyes. 5' tall. Thin.
Species: Elf, drow/dark elf, unknown to the rest of the party
Alignment: Neutral
The Bard:
Name: Eris Summerland
Gender: Female
Personality: Very aggressive. Overcompensates for being very short. (3' 10") Very hostile to the spellcasters of the party (Illaeara and Westward). Very hotheaded, yells a lot. Is simulatenously secretly very sensitive. Not your typical "cute" bard. Often crying and shouting at the same time. Wants to be a Barbarian but is physically weak. Frustrated with herself. Can be surprisingly charming if she tries.
Appearance: Wears a midriff top and capri pants in bright red. Carries a lute around over her shoulders. Has spiky, messy black hair and bright blue eyes. Very pale. Has a small dagger and is saving up to buy a battle-axe. VERY short due to her species, frustrated. Looks constantly irked.
Species: Half human, half halfling
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
The Cleric:
Name: West Warding (goes by Westward)
Gender: Male
Personality: Very strict and detached, lawful good to the max. Takes his job very seriously as a Cleric of Tyr. Dislikes Eris strongly, keeps her around because of her bardic skills. Very strict about never stealing or cheating (blah, blah, blah) and such, to the annoyance of his fellow party members. Worried about breaking any laws, even keeping off the grass. A stick in the mud. Secretly loves his fellow party members. Is fascinated by Illaeara, wonders what she is. VERY blunt.
Appearance: Heavy armor with Tyr's emblem on it. Missing a hand. Has blonde hair and dark blue eyes. Scowls almost constantly. Has very pink pale skin. Dark circles under his eyes. Wears an amulet shaped like a sword. Uses a longsword with a leather-wrapped hilt. Has a red shirt on under his armor, plus leather slacks. Has a fur neckline.
Species: human
Alignment: Lawful Good
The Druid:
Name: Starflower
Gender: Female
Alignment: Neutral Good
Species: Wood elf
Appearance: Long, thick, black hair, tan skin, brown eyes with flecks of gold in them, a simple white dress, bare feet, and pointed ears. Sometimes wears a cape made of animal skins.
Personality: Sweet and friendly, but strong-willed. She loves animals, especially dogs and wolves. She's imaginative and always willing to stand up for those weaker than her. A bundle of sunshine, very optimistic. Oblivious to Westward’s feelings for her.
The Barbarian:
Name: Fanah Epacora
Gender
Appearance: Dark green-tinted skin and eyes that also have flecks of all the colors. Has short, curly, back hair. Has pointed teeth and(possibly, you can change it if you want) ears. Wears darkly colored tunics and pants, with slits cut in the tunics for her large golden wings. Constantly wearing a gold necklace that looks like leaves and a dark gold cloak(she really like the color gold).
Personality: Brave and outgoing, very bold. Easy to talk to and will talk to any random person near her. She can be a bit annoying because of how much she talks but to those who have known her for a while it is rather endearing. She is a chatterbox and always needs to talk about something or another. She is far too trusting and is heartbroken when her trust is betrayed.
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Species: ½ orc

BrookeiraParticipantVillain Charrie sheets for St. Owl and John FQ!
Name: John Featherquill
Gender: Male
Appearance (make it fantasy-based): Unruly brown hair and dark
brown eyes, which contrast with that mottled back feather covering his
face. Wears long black hooded robes with many pockets(you never know
what you'll need to carry in your pocket),Strapped to the waist of
these robes is a sheathed longsword with a golden mossy hilt (rumour
has it it was stuck in a stone for some time before he pulled it out)
Personality: Mysterious, smug. Enjoys toying with his prey. Flamboyant yet calculating. He puts on a big show to hide the evil beneath. Excellent bounty hunter.
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Species: Human
Name: Nahlrie Gilokerym (this is St. Owl, but I had to change her name!)
Appearance: Tall with massive feathered wings; very imposing. Very pale blue eyes, pale blonde hair. Her skin is pale but tanned from the sun (she doesn't burn easily), with freckles dotted all over her body. Pure white dress, glassteel circlet and necklace. Wears glassteel armor over white leather in combat.
CB Personality: Arrogant, takes the future of her kingdom very seriously. Prides herself on her intellect and creativity, considers it her greatest asset. Confident. Hates flattery. Wants to do best for her people, but is very misguided. Is tracking Esthaenie, her sister, to take her back to their avariel kingdom. Thinks Esthaenie is being mind-controlled by Illaeara.
Species: Avariel
Alignment: Something lawful.
I will post the secondaries' revised sheets soon!

Part 2 is here!ParticipantPart 2:
“So, er, Star,” Illaeara said, swirling her tea and leaning back in the tavern stool, “you have work for us?”
Starflower nodded, a grin splitting her face. “Yeah! It’s important, world-saving work, too!”
Illaeara glanced back at Danie and Esthaenie, both of whom were giving Starflower incredulous looks. “Yes, well, you could be more specific,” Illaeara said, pushing a stumbling and tipsy Eris away, “what is this threat you speak of? I’m not sure if we can accept a risky job…”
“Well, I’ll be coming with,” Starflower said, “and anyway, it’s not that risky. You probably–probably–wouldn’t meet a terrible and untimely death. And it’s only the fate of the world that hangs in the balance, not the fate of the entire universe.”
“Ah, yes, my fears are put completely at ease,” said Illaeara, the lights that represented her eyes flickering scarlet in irritation.
“Great!” said Starflower, her face glowing with happiness, “so you’ll-”
“I don’t think she understood that you were being sarcastic,” said Esthaenie, glowering from behind the purple rims of her glasses.
“Sarcastic?” said Starflower, deflating, “Ah. I see. Your humor is very subtle.”
“Honey, as sarcasm goes, Illaeara’s is about as subtle as a brick to the face,” Danie said, running a hand through neon green hair, “anyways, this mission is way too large-scale. We’ve collected the bounty for saving this town from orcs. Our job is over. You can even have a couple thousand gold pieces, if Westward is okay with it, because you saved-”
“We accept your offer.”
The party whirled to see Westward, who was grinning at Starflower with unusual enthusiasm. Illaeara stood and folded her arms, dress and gloves rustling. “Pardon me?”
“Speaking as a lawful good,” Westward said, smiling at Starflower, “I can’t refuse help to a gir-a person in need. Anyway, if it’s true that the entire world’s fate hangs in the balance, it concerns all of our safety.”
He smiled back at his party. The smile faltered on his face as he met Danie’s incredulous stare, Esthaenie’s doubtful grimace, and Illaeara’s two lights in the dark of her hood, slanted in annoyance. “So our opinions don’t matter, then?” Esthaenie said, “We haven’t even heard what the threat is, specifically. It could be a god or titan. This could be completely out of our league.”
“I agree with the avariel,” Illaeara said, “we aren’t prepared to defend the entire world.”
“Wha-?” Eris said, grinning at all of them and downing another ale. She promptly passed out.
“One, we’re paying you two,” Westward indicated Danie and Esthaenie, “so you answer to me. Two, Eris hasn’t said anything against us, and three, Illaeara is outvoted.”
“We don’t have to work for you,” said Danie, her attempt at a cool snub ruined by her darting eyes and fidgeting.
“No, you don’t. And fine, Westward, let’s hear this complete stranger out. I’m sure that we’ll be fully convinced to join because of her morals and cute little puppy dog eyes. And the fact that she is a very beautiful wood elf helps! That helps you a lot.”
“I’m not that shallow, you shadowy little-”
“Three billion gold pieces apiece.”
Danie spit out her ale and Illaeara’s eye-lights turned white with pure shock. Westward gasped and Esthaenie looked ready to jump out of her chair. Eris lifted her head from the table, completely sober, and shouted, “I’M IN!”
Esthaenie jumped in her chair and swatted Eris with a cloaked wing. Eris smirked at Esthaenie before turning back to Starflower. “Look, whatever you want me to do, I’m in. When can we start?”
Illaeara rolled her eye-lights at Eris’s sudden interest and turned back to Starflower, stiff with shock. “How do you… how do you have that sort of money?”
She watched Starflower’s face for any sort of deception, but there was none that she could discern. The druid gave her a coy smile and said, “My benefactor has taken an interest in your adventures. Join me on my quest, and she’ll reward you with kings’ ransoms.”
“I’m in,” Illaeara heard Danie say. Esthaenie nodded with a hesitant jerk of her head, flexing her hand over the hilt of her sword. Illaeara huffed at Westward’s self-satisfied smirk.
The rest of her party turned to her, and Illaeara glared back. “Please tell me you aren’t taking her claims seriously.”
Esthaenie shrugged. “Well, I’m still suspicious, true, but if she truly does have the funds… I could start fresh.”
The others, to Illaeara’s irritation, didn’t seem to question Starflower’s offer. Illaeara pulled the avariel aside.
“This druid is likely to be unhinged,” muttered Illaeara, glaring sidelong at the beautiful wood elf, “we need to see proof at the very least.”
“Agreed,” Esthaenie said, “but if she does somehow have the funds…”
“I understand,” Illaeara said, “I’m glad you’re here. I’m usually alone in my suspicions.”
“If we have proof-” Estaenie began, before Starflower’s lilt interrupted.
“Ale is on me! Open a tab!” Star called to the bartender. Illaeara snorted in disbelief as greedy villagers rushed to order ales.
“Perhaps we do,” Illaeara smiled.
