I know, I'm kinda neutral here too. I feel like this could've been devolped WAY more than it was.
Hahaha, Solangelo. I think it's a good ship and very beneficial for both the characters, but I feel like it was kinda forced at the end of BoO. It's like "Hey, how about you meet this guy that you've literally only spoken one line to before this in the heat of battle–and fall in love?" Maybe it's just me. But it's adorable.
By the way, ToA is okay. I think you'll enjoy it–TEAM LEOOO!

SAME! All the headcanons and fanarts and I was like…okay…this is adorable..
haha! Don't worry, I just finished bk 2, and it doesn't end on a (serious) cliffhanger. More like HoH rather than MoA status, ya get me? Honestly, the main reason i started it is because I was reading Greek Heroes, and at the end there was an excerpt from Bk 2 ToA. But I didn't know. So I flipped the page and caught Leo's name and I literally squealed so loud my mom jumped. So…I had to read it. xD

Okay, from a BBC Merlin POV:
Gwen's first love was Lancelot, but she moved on to Arthur, and Lancelot didn't move on, but pretended like he did, and then *spoiler alert* GWEN GAVE HIM SOMETHING TO DIE FOR ssoooo sweet and that was that, so obviously Gwen and Arthur are meant to be together, but still…Gwen and Lancelot would have been cute too. But then (this is from a Merlin POV, remember), when Lancelot was brought back under a curse and put an enchanted bracelet on Gwen, and Arthur found them running away together, I knew exactly who Gwen was meant to be with. She didn't truly love Lancelot at the time. He was a "first crush" so to speak, yeah, they would have made a cute couple back before he first died and was brought back by Morganna, but then there were no real feelings afterwords. It was all an enchantment in Morganna's evil web of doom. It was the enchanted bracelet that rekindled old feelings. So yeah, Gwen and Arthur forever!!!
Now, from an original Arthurian Legend standpoint, I have absolutely no hesitation and no argument. She was married. She should have stayed with Arthur whatever her "heart" told her to do.
🙂 Also, fictional crushes. Oh come on, I wouldn't even know where to start. Ummm… Lancelot (BBC Merlin) Robin/Nightwing (Young Justice), Race (Newsies 2017), Gilbert Blythe (Anne of Green Gables) and others that I can't recall right now. I would say maybe Percy Jackson, but I more think of him as a friend. Y'know, like a fictional friend inside a book. So I guess not.
Also, more ships.
Haku and Chihiro from Spirited Away, but not in a romantic way. Like a "meant to be friends always and maybe one day we'll love each other way."
Also Ashitaka and San from Princess Mononoke, while we're on the Studio Ghibli topic.

YES!!!! SO happy I'm not the only Race fan! He's just too cute.
(Going off the Disney Broadway production, so Ben Cook) And, I'm starting to notice, he has a lotta bravery.
In the scene where you first meet Snyder, and Jack/Davey/Les run to the theater, if you look in the background, Race is on the far left tower top. When Snyder goes "Kelly!" He glances over. Jack calls, "Run for it!" And the three of them take off up the steps. Race runs down the tower he was on and seems to stall on the landing, before darting down and back up–almost as if he's taunting Snyder, or (and this is my favorite hope) was trying to get Snyder off Jack's tail.
Just. Too. Cute.

Apparently–note, this is easiest to spot live, although if you're eagle-eyed, you can spot glimpses of it in the movie version–once the cops show up in the brawl, Finch rushes over to Crutchie. But when Crutchie sees the cops coming after them, he pushes him away and yells, "Finch get outta here!"
And my heart shattered.
