Happy Happy Birthday Leafy!!!! Almost 10 months younger than I. Hope your birthday was… enjoyable to say the least. Lucky! I loved the few times we went to a roller rink. Our homeschool group goes to the water park every June, and we always miss it because we always go on some venture across the country or something at that time. Not that the Midwest isn’t cool and all, but that’s just the thing; it’s quite a bit warmer than New York. Is it colder in Maine? I’ve never been there. Did you get anything cool for your birthday? Any……….books? I’ll stop now.

It's pretty cold in Maine. Not so bad in southern Maine, (I live in Portland) but if you go up north it's terribly freezing. And they just had to put the big walking college campus up there. XD
I did get some pretty cool stuff for my birthday…some nice things from my family, and then I wasn't expecting to get gifts from my party guests but I did! According to my mom, the most important birthday gift hasn't even shown up yet because she forgot to order it with Amazon Prime. So, I'm happily anticipating that…even though I have no idea what it is. I did get books! The Books of Bayern series by Shannon Hale. I had asked for them. They're really really good, and the copies that I got have really cool cover art!
