The RiddlerParticipant16
HereHi Joss! Good to see you! I think you were still around when I first joined – it was in 2016. I’m also a sophomore and I’ve had my driver’s permit for a few months now – since September. I’m taking my license test in March, but if not for the musical that’s coming up way too soon, I would be taking it in a couple weeks when my twin brother is. I also live in New England and fully agree with you about the roads. People are crazy.
-
JossParticipantHey Riddler!! Good luck on your driving test 🙂 I'm super nervous to even think about taking mine. What musical are you doing? And yeah, people in New England are interesting drivers haha.
-
EsthelleParticipant17
SchokoladeYour depiction of New England automobile-navigation calls to mind a tulgey wood of highway-systems. Seeing as there's a repsectable likelihood my future university will be situated within that particular region, I need all the information I can garner. 😀

CockleburrParticipantHey, Joss! Welcome back! Wow, driving- that's super cool! I have started learning to drive, although I haven't gotten out on the road yet. I'm trying to get into college right now, which is tough but at least all my applications are in! It's probably a bit early for you to be thinking about college though. Enjoy it! I've missed you a lot and I'm glad to see you!
-
JossParticipantHey Cockleburr, I missed you!! Congrads on getting your applications in :)) That's awesome!! I hope you get in to where you want! Sending internet hugs 🙂

LostHey, Joss, welcome back! I think I recognize your name, though we likely haven’t actually met. Nice to meet ya now.
-
JossParticipantHey coyotedomino!! I remember seeing your name around too, nice to meet you 🙂

BluebirdParticipantJOSS! HELLO!
I just got my permit too! I'm a freshman this year. I'm actually performing a piano piece tonight and I have been really involved in the Spanish and Art departments at my school this year. Are you taking a language? I'm taking Spanish (obviously, based on my previous sentence) and I LOVE it. My teacher is amazing. Today was a weird day though- we are ahead on things so she had us do zumba in Spanish XD it is really fun in that class.
I've missed seeing you around here! Thanks for stopping back in!
-
JossParticipantBLUEBIRD! HI!!
I'm taking Spanish too!! I wish my class today had been zumba, instead I had a chapter test (fuunnnn). I love Spanish too, it's one of my favorite subjects :)) I hope you do well on your piano piece!! That's super cool.
I'm so happy I got to see you again!! Sending internet hugs **

Poetic PandaParticipantStarseeker's sisterHi Joss!! I remember you!! I'm a sophomore as well, but no permit haha. I went to take the written test and then failed, but it's okay! I'll be back again soon. Glad to hear you are doing well! What are some of your favorite theatre shows?
-
JossParticipantHey Poetic Panda!! How are you doing? I think my favorite show at the moment is Fly By Night, but one of my overall favorite shows is Something Rotten. I've also been getting into Starkid shows lately 🙂
-
Poetic PandaParticipantHi again Joss! I'm doing pretty well! Been busy, but fun!! Our last show for Jesus Christ Superstar is tonight. We got it rescheduled from Saturday because of the weather that supposedly came in (it wasn't really bad enough to cancel, but they called it early). Ooh I've heard of those, but never listened to them! *Phineas voice* Ferb, I know what we're going to do today! 🙂
Glad to hear you're doing well as well! It's great to hear from you again. 🙂

still TexasH Joss! I don't know if you remember me, but I certainly remember you! I joined in 2015. It was the same for me, I was always really excited to get home and get on the CB. Glad to hear high school and theatre are going well, and yay drivers permit! I don't have mine yet, though I want to get started…one of my friends wasborn a week before me and she already has her learners permit, whereas I haven't taken any lesson yet haha. I'm doing well, I'm a freshman right now. I've been doing normal schoolwork stuff, made new friends fortunately and still get to see my middle school ones too, doing a lot of choir and singing. Sometimes there's a lot of stress like staying up till 1 last night working on a project, but I guess that's high school. Glad to see you here!
-
JossParticipantHey Owlgirl!!! I remember you!! I missed you :)) Yeah, the homework shift from middle school to freshman year can be pretty drastic, haha. It's so awesome to see you again, sending internet hugs!!!

Leafpool@JossParticipantNo
not a cat, happy VDay2019@Joss yeah, that's where the ice came from–Tuesday/Wednesday.
Okay, so for my question! Here's what I've been burning to ask you for months now, and I won't give a long explanation because that would take too much time–
Did you use to know two sisters named Anne and Sarah? Because I'm pretty darn sure you did–long story short, Sarah's my best friend now and back in summer or fall I think I was just randomly asking her if she knew somebody named Joss, because why not? And she said yes, and I asked like, does she have glasses and blond hair and stuff, and she said yes, and basically, my description of you just perfectly matched up to the description of her Joss. Apparently she (you??) used to take violin lessons with Sarah's mom.
So, it sounded just like you and Sarah's Joss even had a brother apparently just like yours (he was on here for a short time a long time ago) and I was just thinking, like, this must be you. If not, then you have a serious double. If so, well…I don't know…I have no idea if like, Sarah's mom would still have your mom's contact information or something? That would probably be an awkward way to contact you so probably no anyway but it's just so crazy if that was you…like…we're basically connected this way! And I remember I also told my mom about it because I was so freaked out about what I had just learned, and she said that she remembered your family and like, your family used to do some activities that my older siblings did….
Oh boy, this is all so crazy!
*takes a deep breath*
AAAhh.
-
JossParticipantOh my gosh yes I know them!!! I used to take swim lessons with Ann and Sarah back when as I was homeschooled, as well as violin lessons. That's so crazy!! That's so crazy, oh my gosh what if I knew your siblings ahhhh
-
LeafpoolParticipantNo
not a catWow! Haha that's so incredible.

Cho ChangParticipantHey, Joss! I don't ever really remember talking to you much, but I do remember your name. It's so great to see everyone! To answer your question: at least half of the CBers who are in high school now got into Dungeons and Dragons, lol. I told my dad and he said "it's the natural progression of things," and I have to agree. XD
I'm a sophomore in high school too! Are you homeschooled, or do you got to a public school? (Or private school?)
-
JossParticipantHey Cho Chang!! I go to a private school. It's super small, so that comes with some ups and downs, but it's pretty good for a high school. Are you homeschooled? I don't know that much about Dungeons and Dragons, but I know I'm a neutral good, so that's pretty boring. Are you into the game too? Do you know what alignment you are XD?
-
Cho ChangParticipantYup, I'm homeschooled, but I'll probably take some classes at the high school here next year. (If that isn't daunting, I don't know what is, lol.)
I'm in to the game. A lot. I'm playing three games, and may start a fourth. I'm definitely a Lawful Good. As are half of my characters. Trust me, we are waayyy more boring than Neutral Good. Lawful means I'm going to do that right, proper thing, esp. in the eyes of the law. Every. Single. Time. XP
My character is the one who stands outside of the bar/tavern, waiting for all the rest of the party to not get themselves killed. XD I dunno how we even function, lol.

ClaawsParticipantGoing crazy, whats newHey! I dunno if you remember me but your name sounds familiar and I think I remember you? Even if we just met for a bit. Glad life's been good for you! Haha, I have my permit too and I was actually supposed to get my license in January…but long story short it's going to be a while before I'm allowed to drive again. Are you excited to drive? Drivings so exciting! I mean, it can be a bit scary but once you get to know the roads it'll get more fun and easier.
Noon says enuf. enough? Oh, am I rambling again? Oops.

TwirlgirlParticipant13
My Imaginary Dance StudioHi!! Pretty sure I don't know you, because 1. I don't remember your name and 2. I wasn't here when you were, but great to meet you!!
Ahhh so cool you can drive! Is it weird? Like… omigosh your DRIVING! Like, when you were younger, you always had to ask people to drive you or take you places, and now… you can go yourself!! Or soon, anyway. But still!
