Dragonrider, I believe we'll have another one four years from now. But suddenly that seems too long… Does anyone else think it might be fun to have one every year on Valentine's Day? That might be too chaotic, though.

My Valentine's day was pretty good. I've been super busy today. This afternoon I went to visit my grandma (who lives in assisted living) and she was having a Valentine's party. I got to help out with all the older folk at the place and I had a complete blast. It is so wonderful to be with elders, to help them and to hear their wonderful stories – just think of all the life they have seen! Even at sixteen, I have seen so much more life than I had when I first joined the CB. So much more than I did last year! And think of all the life that we all have in store! It's crazy. Anyway, I'm rambling.

VDay was pretty unexciting, tomorrow will be fun though. Gonna get new glasses (frames broke after a very small child threw a gatorade bottle at me) and then chill and play games with some friends in England.

I totally forgot about Valentine's Day, too! Really today didn't even feel like Valentine's Day. Or maybe I just don't have enough holiday spirit.

At my school today, when we got there, one of the clubs, I think, taped paper hearts with messages on them to every locker in the school! It was a nice little thing that made it seem more like Valentine's day.
