okay. sorry guys.

and i decided to make Cricket a NPC/not roleplaying her.

and his outfit needs to change. so instead of a grey sweatshirt and jeans, he wears black pants that end at the knees, a grey tunic, and lace-up boots. and a rusted key around his neck that unlocks [idk wat it unlocks yet.]

this takes place a little after the talk w/ Lyra  

~Blue~

Blue sighed, pacing the small space that served as his room. He finally decided to go for a fly, just to stop pacing. He drummed his fingers against the side of his leg, thinking and forgetting. Then he remembered what he was going to do and dashed out of the room, locking the door behind him and running down the hall of the Dragon Riders building. he absently fingered his key as he threw open the door to the dragons [enclosure]. with a small smile he crept over toward Cricket's spot and pounced on her. She rolled over, her squeals echoing in Blue's mind. He laughed and tackled her, tickling behind her ear and grinning viciously. He felt free when he was with Cricket, or in the air. No one understood him except for his dragon. wanna fly? he asked, and Cricket got up, her wings unfolding like a stormy blackness enveloping her. [that makes no sense] yes. we have to prepare for the Lunar Sun. she replied, and so Blue vaulted onto her back, strapping himself in with the thin leather cords. he rapped his fingers gently against Cricket's head and she lumbered out of the dragon [enclosure]. she waited half a second then spread her wings and they launched into the sky. Blue felt a familier swooping sensation as they flew upward, upward, upward, and then Cricket twisted in mid-air and hurtled downward. Even though Blue had only recently joined the Dragon Riders but he'd been flying in secret for a while… he shook his head, forcing his thoughts to clear, and tightened his grip. Lets head to the cliffs, he said/thought. on it, Cricket replied, and they swooped over trees, Cricket's wings brushing the leaves. Blue spotted something below and almost panicked, then remembered he was on a dragon and was protected. Cricket, up! theres a wagon below us, on the road. its a royal. Cricket didnt reply and just went straight up, making hardly a sound as they rocketed toward the sky. So they kept going, eventually coming to the cliffs. Others were already flying, but Blue steered Cricket away from them, flying higher, lower, whipping over the tops of cacti, whirling thru whispy clouds… Blue lost himself in the sky-until Cricket fell.

I know DoodleGirl is working on her part, but I don't think we've heard from  Sorrelshine… No one wants this to die, so let's finish our first installments and discuss the plot!

I'll also be posting my other charrie's first installment probably later today.
