nowhere to be foundHey guys! I'm sorry I couldn't get a part out today, I really wanted to, but I felt a little sick today, and i didn't get to working on it. Hopefully I'll get a part this week, because the plot is about to get a whole lot more interesting. Thanks for your patience and kindness!

nowhere to be foundOh my, I’m so late! I’m so sorry! I was sick at the beginning of last week, and then school and Thanksgiving, but that’s just excuses. I’ll really really try to have a better schedule and to post more! I’m so sorry! But, I do think this part is really good, one of my favorites for sure, and it finally got really interesting! So, without further ado, Here is the next part:
Part 9:
Our apartment was beautiful, huge and sleek. The bedroom was large and had outfits set out on the bed even though there was a huge closet off of it. There were 2 extra bedrooms not in use since we were the only ones staying there. The bathrooms were strangely modern and everything felt so…not real. Like a fantasy that I had just made up. I didn’t belong here, but I guess I would have to learn to belong.
~
After we had changed into our clothes, our bodyguard, Collins-Daiyne, led us around the apartment and gave us our dinner, which was tiny with many courses. It was nicer than any meal I had ever eaten. There were so many utensils and dessert and it was all so much.
Mendax smirked at me from across the table. He looked very comfortable in his rich outfit and chair. It’s hard to believe he didn’t always live here. He just belonged here, or at least, belonged to the standard that people had created for the Tier 1s. He was just so different from me. And this place just felt so weird and different.
So that night, as soon as I could, I snuck out for a walk in the moonlight. I tip-toed down the stairs as quietly as I could. Once I stepped outside I let out a sigh of relief. I started walking on the sidewalk, but I didn’t turn it on. I just wanted a peaceful walk-not some mechanical, artificial walk.
I was about 5 minutes in, and started to think about turning back, but then I heard something. A scatter of feet. I stopped. They came from around the building in front of me.
I cautiously stepped forward and standing in the moonlight was a figure I knew well.
They held a desperate finger up to their lips, urging me to keep quiet. I studied them and a confused whisper finally escaped my lips,
“Samie?”
Phoxx says Imnox. I'm Nox? No, you're phoxx! Also, hope you enjoyed!

nowhere to be foundAnddd..late again, but this part is pretty cool. Soooo, here it is!:
Part 10:
“What are you doing here?”
“Please don’t tell anyone.” Her voice was unsteady and shaking with fear. She looked at me, her eyes dancing desperately, and I could see tears brimming at her eyes. They started dripping silently, her sobs being held back.
“I-I won’t, please-just, why are you here?”
“Do you promise you won’t tell?” She held out her trembling pinky-finger like we used to do all the time when we were little. I extended my finger as well, and wrapped it around hers. We’ve never broken a promise that we’ve pinky-sworn. I smiled a bitter-sweet smile, and replied quietly, “I promise.”
She sighed heavily and looked at me thoughtfully. She stared at my eyes and searched them thoroughly. Eventually, she said, “Follow me,” and grabbed my wrist gently. She led me around the building she had been hiding behind and to the wall of the Tier. We snuck along the wall until we got to the back wall. She scurried around the back wall and started stomping her foot around as we neared the border of tier 1 and 2. She carefully stomped on the ground about 15 feet from the Tier 2 border wall, and it rang a dusty, hollow, metal song. She then tapped the ground with her foot in a pattern contained inside a square. A piece of the ground moved slowly revealing a staircase. It was metal but covered in dirt and looked eerily like a bunker. When she led me down the stairs I got nervous and backed up. She looked at me and said to me, “It’s ok, I promise.” She looked very genuine but I still held my breath as she kicked a metal wall in front of the stairs. The hatch above closed as she entered a code into a small keypad that was revealed after she kicked the wall. The wall, again, revealed a metal room. Only this one was lit and there were people walking around. The door closed behind us. In the room There were beds and weapons, doors along all the walls of the huge rectangle, there were balconies and mix-matched accommodations but there was enough to live off of. It was honestly really cool, but so different from anything I had ever seen.
“What…is this?” I asked hesitantly.
She grabbed my hands and spun around, looked at me, then gestured to the room and the people in it. She then said,
“This..is the rebellion.”

nowhere to be foundPart 11:
“Wait…what?” I questioned.
“The rebellion?” she repeated.
“But…like…..” I trailed off, not sure what to say or ask.
“The rebellion is a group of people who want to stop the council, and hopefully the Government afterwards, too. But we’re not ready yet. The Rebellion has been waiting and preparing for 15 years. People lost their lives trying to make the Rebellion what it is and prepare for us to actually defeat the Council."
"….Wow…" was all I could say. I was left slightly speechless.
"Samie! You're back! Did you get the supplies?" An energetic voice called as Cory ran up to us. He hugged Samie and I smiled.
She shook her head in reply to his question.
"But I did find a new member!"
I reared backwards and lost my balance a little. "wait what?"
"Well, I mean, you don't have to join, but you can't tell anyone."
"Can you just…show me around? I need a little time to think." I said.
"Of course Tay! Come with me," She said as she grabbed my hand and skipped around.
She was so happy for being in such a dark place. But it was really cool to see the Rebellion and what it was. After showing me around the main room, (which consisted of a weapons storage wall to the side, a kitchen on the back wall, a living/dining/common area in the middle, the boys 'bedroom' beneath the balcony, and the girls on the balcony to the left side) she showed me what was behind each door. There were bathrooms, a sick/injured bay, and a storage room.
After I had seen everything, she started introducing me to the other members.
I think that's what made me want to join.
(I'll introduce characters in the next part, sorry! But part 12 will probably come out tomorrow or the day after!)

nowhere to be foundOk, here it is! This part kind of feels like it doesn't really belong, but it was fun to introduce your characters! Sorry if I couldn't introduce your characters, like, evenly with the same amount of dialogue. If you have any suggestions or advice for your charries, please tell me! I really want to have the characters the way you imagine. But here it is! (also, Happy Holidays!!) <3
Part 12:
"Okay, do you want to meet everyone? We're basically all here since this is our meeting time," Samie asked as she peered over her shoulder and looked at the people around her.
"Oh-um, sure!"
"Great! Cory, can you come here?" Samie shouted. Cory jogged over and smiled.
"What do you need?"
"Tayah wants to meet everyone! So, Tayah, this is Cory, Cory this is Tayah."
I stuck out my hand and greeted him, saying, "It's nice to finally meet you!"
"You too! I've heard a lot about you!"
"Really?"
He replied, "Yeah, totally! From what I've heard, you'll be a great member and addition to the Rebellion!" And his words meant a lot to me.
With each new person, each new personality, I wanted to join even more.
"Okay, This is Kimi. She's been here for a little while. You probably know her from the school."
"Hey! Tayah, right? I'm KImi Herlz. I've seen you around the school building. Are you coming to school tomorrow?" Kimi
"Oh…no, I had my test yesterday. I always forget when it's testing day because we don't have school on the 9th day anyways. But hopefully I'll see you around here if I join!"
"Yeah! Good for you! What tier are you in?"
"Tier 1, and I'm an actress." I responded, kind of hesitantly.
"Really, that's awesome!"
"Yeah, thanks!"
We talked for a little while until Samie started talking to Kamiko, whom I recognized. I was startled seeing her there. Kimi also started talking to Kamiko.
"Tayah you remember Kamiko, right?" Samie asked when she saw my awkwardly sitting and eyeing Kamiko with confusion.
"Oh-uh, yeah. But, just, what is she doing here?"
Kamiko turned and looked at me and said bluntly, "I'm a spy."
"wha-what?" I asked, and laughed nervously.
"Well, I was brought to the rebellion when I was two, and then I took my test last year and became a council member, but I also work for the rebellion and even sometimes fight with the fighters from tier 3."
"Well…wow. That's….pretty cool, actually!" I laughed. Kamiko laughed, too.
More and more people came over, and I met most members of the Rebellion, some of which I already knew.
A few of those people included a young man named Masquerade who nodded at me with a smirk, but we didn't talk much, since there were so many conversations going on at one moment, a girl named Heleana who had really pretty eyes and she was rather defensive, but also pretty nice, and Bradley who looked super fierce, but I could tell he was sweet from the way he talked to me.
Someone announced after a while of talking, "It's time for the meeting to end, I know we didn't do much, but that's alright! At least we have a new memeber!"
Everyone started cheering and talking after she said it, and started heading to the door. Samie turned to me and asked, "You are joining, right?"
And as we started walking to the door, I replied, "Yes."
"Yes I am."

the TOP of the worldI am so sorry! I didn't mean to post this so late! This part's not my favorite, but i'm really excited to include the rebellion and get into the story a little more! But, here is this part! (also, Top!)
Part 13:
After the majority of the members had flooded out of the Rebellion base, Samie stopped me on the stairs and asked, "You're sure you want to join?"
"Yes!" I replied.
"You can't tell a soul unless you trust them. I know you can act, but if anyone says anything about it act surprised. This never even happened as far as their concerned. You got it?" She asked seriously
"Um…," I paused and I started to second guess myself, but I knew I wanted this, so I continued, "Yeah."
"Alright. I'll meet you at the same building we met at tonight every night and walk you to the base. When you know the path and the codes I won't have to meet you."
"So we meet every night?"
"Yes," Samie said seriously, and then her tone got happier and she squealed, "I can't believe you joined!"
"Yeah!" I squeled back.
We started walking up the stairs and then walking down the back wall.
Samie asked me at the corner, "Do you think you can make it back by yourself? The sun is starting to come and I need to make it back to my house."
"Yeah, I probably can," I said hesitantly.
Samie turned to the Tier 2 wall and started jogging silently into the darkness. I looked around and starting walking towards my house, checking around me and trying to stay mostly hidden. As I saw the sun peaking over the back, I started taking longer strides, which turned into sprinting. My hair was blowing behind me, my pajamas flailing.
I made it to the building where I met Samie and peeked around the corner. No one was near, but I could see the council members emerging from the end of the tier where the council buildings were. I started to sprint behind the buildings, trying to quiet my footsteps and still my breath. I eventually made it to me apartment and looked around the side of it. The council members were getting closer. I slipped around to the front and fiddled with the door. I could see some of the council members looking my direction, and I nervously slipped into the stairway. I closed the door and sighed with relief.
Then I heard a voice call from upstairs, "Where have you been?"
I looked up the stairway, took a deep breath and nervously started up the steps.
