"It had been tough, being cooped up with my sister. But we had developed a bond throughout those years; a bond that would prove to be critical in the next few days."

I was trying to nap! I yelled as endless screaming echoed across the galaxy

I sink down beneath my window, panting, but thrilled from what I saw. My sister, Alisa, sighs, exasperated at me (she does that a lot) but I ignore her (I do that a lot, too.)

I'd never expected to see anyone besides my sister. Certainly not a reckless, foolhardy boy who was somehow under the impression that we had a stash of treasure.

I had never seen the likes of the creature standing in front of me, but I had read about it. Just like I had never seen sunlight, but I had seen drawings in the books of our beautiful old library. 

Hi I'm entering the second contest! "Go away Alisa!" Scarlett screamed "It's five in the morning!" Alisa loved to barge into Scarlett's room at early hours with plans more ridiculous then the next.

Scarlett ran in to Alisa's room out of breath. "Alisa there's a boy outside!" she screamed.

Ok here we go!

The mossy stones of the castle were loose beneath the treasure room. Nice if you were into ruins and crumbling castles, but not so nice if you were a thief trying to be stealthy.
