I was in the middle of my violin practice, so I'm surrounded my pencils, music books, my stand, and my violin is on my bed.

Well it is getting a rest from my fingers tapping across the finger board and I guess you could say it is sleeping as it is noat being played. But it's mostly on my bed because putting it in my case when I'm just going to take it out again is a pain and my violin hanger is not easily acessed.
