I worry over the latest conflict. The leader of Dragonfire insulted my own leader, Angelicity basically called both of our beliefs stupid, and we Songbirders retaliated in kind. Contemplating the best path I should personally take, I burn holly leaves, thinking of all those who came before me. I fall asleep, feeling peaceful.

My alarm blares, startling me. Time for my first day of work as manager of Bob's Bakery. I still have to get the bakery's schedule organized. Quickly, I dress and gather up some pens and a notebook. I hurry through Bobjoeville, almost knocking into different people and objects. Finally, I rush into the store. "Hello," I gasp, "I'm here." Oh, never mind. I'm the first one here, so being late doesn't matter.

I sit down in the back room and start scribbling out a rudimentary roster. It's not as easy as I though it would be, considering we have three employees, including myself.
