Oh my word, you guys make me want to have cats! It's a terrible tragedy, but I don't have any pets right now and all I've ever had are fish. Fish aren't a lot of work, which is nice, but then, you can't really do anything with them except watch them swim.

I'm allergic to cats (*sob*), but here's a drawing i did 🙁
Celeste, I've learned that over time allergies can change. I grew up with a cat, then for a while was very allergic to them (or at least to one specific friend's cat), but now am no longer allergic to them. So maybe your allergy will change, too.

Like Admin said, allergies grow and change! I used to be highly allergic to dogs, but now I have a precious little beagle who I don't have any reactions to! (And beagles aren't even hypoallergenic!)
