AmethystParticipantreams of starsEndless_Parodies~ maybe "Uptown Girl" by Westlife
KatanaLuna~ I don't know you that well, but I'd say "Wildflowers and Wild Horses" by Lainey Wilson
Sempreverde~ "Pane e musica" by Carmelo
Darkvine~ "Hajde Bukuri" by Grupi Albanet or possibly "Waka Waka" by Shakira
Hex~ "Little Wild One" by The Wonders
Be back with more later 🙂

PoinsettiaParticipantFor me personally, I think I'm nicely defined by "Te regalo" by Carlos Baute – excuse me while I sing along to it –
*continues singing*
The lyrics are totally appropriate (gorgeous, in my opinon) but they're in Spanish.
I recently discovered Baute and have been listening to him nonstop since then. The good thing is that his songs are the kind you can listen to over and over and it doesn't matter, you don't get tired of them.
-
Lord Entropy Participanti would personally say that Screen Shot by SWANS summarizes my outlook on things nicely.
Love! Now! Breathe! Now! Love! Now! Breathe! NOW!

Up in the CloudsCould someone do me…?
Poinsettia-Dandelions by Ruth B.
Celine-Girls Just Wanna Have Fun by Cindy Lauper
I can't think of anyone else right now
-
AmethystParticipantPeri~ "Something to Love", by Jason Isbell
pangolin~ Ever since you and Poinsettia and I quoted lyrics of "Red" by Taylor Swift on Random Thoughts, I always think of you as the part of it that goes "Remembering him comes in flashbacks and echoes/Telling me it's time now, gotta let it go/But moving on from him is impossible and I still see it all in my head" XD
And yesss Carlos Baute forever!!!!!!

Somewhere in the starsGuys I found Poinsettia's official song and I found Amethyst's official song. Both of these songs are from a video game I like that has super comforting country music in the background as you play and a lot of the songs are good but these two are my favorites:
Poinsettia: "Racing to a Red Light" (feat. Maja Norming) by Katharine Appleton – not the lyrics as much as the sound, although I always have interpreted the song as telling people to slow down and enjoy life – "stop and smell the flowers" sort of thing – which does remind me of Poinsettia
Amethyst: "The Last Days of September" by Giant Ember – yep the whole vibe is Amythest's! Lyrics, music, everything. I love this song and I find it really comforting and sweet; a sort of late summer/early autumn feel.
Also @Amethyst I love Jason Isbell! I saw him live and it was amazing!
and sorry if amethyst is spelled wrong anywhere; my autocorrect seems to be switching the "e" and the "y" around for some reason?
-
AmethystParticipantI listened to "Last Days of September", and I love it; you're right, it's very gentle and late-summer-ish. Tysm, I'm rather happy that I give off that vibe 🙂
Also woah, I can't believe that you listen to Jason Isbell – he doesn't seem that well-known (though he should be!!). And don't worry about the spelling, autocorrect has strange ideas sometimes 🙂

Somewhere in the starsI'm so glad you liked it! <3
He's actually been gaining some much deserved popularity these past few years! His concerts are usually very successful and a documentary about him and his band came out recently, if I'm not mistaken. My favorite of his songs is "Alabama Pines" and I love "Outfit" (from when he was in the Drive-By Truckers). Oh, and ofc "Cast Iron Skillet" and "Something to Love" (Tysm for saying that makes you think of me <33) and "Dreamsicle" and… well, the list goes on. My parents have listened to him for as long as I can remember, so his songs have always been a part of my life 😀 I find him to be a very skilled songwriter and I'm happy to have found another fan of his music!
-
PoinsettiaParticipantOoh, I really like Jason Isbell's songs! I haven't heard that many of his songs – "Something to Love" is my favorite of the ones I've heard – but I agree that he's a great songwriter! Good to know he's getting more popular, he deserves to be recognized~

-
PoinsettiaParticipantI listened to both of them and I quite agree! I don't think "Racing to a Red Light" exemplifies me fully, but it does really typify my happy/positive side. I enjoyed listening to it, thank you 😀
@all, I'll make sure to listen to the songs you've described as being like me! When I have some timeeee~

Cocoa catParticipantI am terrible at this sort of thing so I have nothing to offer to this great thread.
but I was wondering what song I seem like.
-
RainbowParticipantHonestly, same. I'm better at matching colors to people/things/words/letters. I think I found my theme song (it's called "She's A Rainbow" by the Rolling Stones. I mean, c'mon…), but I can't seem to find songs that remind me of people. I know what color you are though-#916b4d (but like, with shading and highlights so it looks soft and fluffy), if you were wondering. I'll try to find a song for you.

WildWolfParticipantWhat about me?
-
PoinsettiaParticipantPeriwinkle ~ "Eleni", by Kostas Mantzios. It has a very rich melody, and it's a feel-good song but aside from that it has a lot of spirit and beauty. And it has a sort of cool, fresh vibe that I really associate with you. Also "What We Do" by Lily DeTaeye, it's an indie song
Tsuki the Skywolf ~ "Who Says You Can't Go Home" by Bon Jovi featuring Jennifer Nettles – it's bold and direct and great to listen to
Zealatom ~ I may have said this before but def "Karma Chameleon" by Culture Club
Jaybells ~ I still think "Cruel Summer" by Bananarama really suits xyr (I hope I used the pronouns right, @Jaybells please tell me if I made a mistake!) but also "Camino Interior" by Chambao – it's a sort of Middle-Eastern deserty-sounding song
Peregrine Falcon ~ "Hajde Bukuri" by Grupi Albanet (sort of)
Darkvine ~ "Heads Carolina, Tails California" by Jo Dee Messina
CelineBurningBright ~ "Happy Girl" by Martina McBride. And "Home" by Kristin Bell. And I think there are probably others, I'll post them if I think of any 🙂
Cloud Bunny ~ "I Seek the Truth" from Frozen II
Cocoa Cat ~ maybe "Ragizi Apopse" by Children of the Revolution?
Rainbow ~ well, "L'oiseau et l'enfant" by Kids United always makes me think of you (you were the one who got me into Kids United music, so thank you!!) but maybe also "Te regalo" by Carlos Baute – it has a happy, enthusiastic, colorful vibe. Ooh, and "Colibri Callejero" by Monedita de Oro.
WildWolf ~ "Mai" by Giulano Desideri??? maybe?? not perfectly, though… ooh, maybe "No te quedes en el mismo lugar" by Monedita de Oro! I think that one suits you pretty well.
Lord Entropy ~ "Thank You Mario But Our Princess Is In Another Castle" by the Mountain Goats
Endless_Parodies ~ "La respuesta" by Lorena Santos – I don't think this one suits you perfectly, but it was the best I could come up with.
Sterling ~ "Donde iremos a parar" by Paco Padilla – a calm, nostalgic vibe that goes very well with you, I think! There's another song that goes really well with you but I don't know what it's called. *looks it up* Ah, it's "Bad Reputation" by Avicii. Dear me, that makes it sound like I think you've got a bad reputation :/ I don't, it's just that the lyrics are kind of wistful and the song has a sad, poetic, pop-ish sound that makes me think of you.

Somewhere in the starsI just listened to them and they're so pretty thank you <3
-
PoinsettiaParticipantyou're welcome! I'm so glad you liked them <3

Peregrine FalconParticipantWow, may I ask how do you know abou all these Greek songs? I'm Greek, so I was really surprised. I grew up on those songs! They bring back so many good memories…(especially "Eleni")
-
PoinsettiaParticipantBasically, my mom has a large collection of CDs, ranging over many genres, and one of them is "Greece: A Musical Odyssey" by Putumayo. It's a collection of twelve Greek songs by various artists. I went through a phase a couple years ago when I was listening to a lot of the CDs (I discovered a lot of good music that way), and when I came upon the Greek one, I just loved it 🙂 I've listened to it a lot since then, and by now the songs bring back a lot of memories for me too… 🙂 It's so nice to find another person who's heard them! The songs I really love are usually kind of unknown by most people I know.
It's so cool that you're Greek! I would love to go to Greece someday. Have you ever been there (or were you born there…?)
-
Peregrine FalconParticipantOMG I listen to Greece: A Musical Odyssey all the time! Yeah, after the pandemic I am going every year to visit my grandmother. Sadly I was not born there…
