Hawkstar stood on the edge of a rocky cliff, turned orange by the sun's glare against it. She had flowing brown hair that went down to her shoulders, and her eyes were golden, like a hawk's. She wore a red tunic and her face was tilted up towards the sun, a small but thoughtful and courageous smile on her face. She surveyed her surroundings, as if looking for something, or someone. Soon enough, a red-tailed hawk with golden eyes flew over, as fast as a shooting star. The hawk flew over to her and perched on her shoulder. She smiled a little more, looking at the hawk, as if studying it, before she took off into the air with her own pair of wings, along with the hawk.

Sterling looked down at the vast sky above them. It had turned pitch black, with speckles of stars that looked like silver glitter against the night sky. Beneath them was the vast world, with cities, hills, and all sorts of sights as far as eye could see. They were standing on top of a mountain, filled with beautiful deciduous trees turning orange due to the autumn season. It was quite a breathtaking sight, with leaves the color of sunset drifting down all around Sterling. Sterling looked up and smiled as a single large maple leaf the color of a fiery sunset drifted down into their open hands. They took it, admiring it as the moonlight shone upon it, before letting it float down again onto the ground.

Everything was burning, and nothing was burning. The air was clear, yet filled with smoke. Stars sparkled, and sparks flew. A girl stood among the flames.
She had long, wavy brown hair with natural red bronze highlights. her eyes where a mischievous gray, tapered at the ends, and full of firey confidence. Her mouth was pulled into a devil-may-care smirk, and her cheeks and nose was splattered with freckles. She wore a redish black tunic, black leggings with high black boots, and a cape, made purely from flames. The girl stood tall among the firey deluge, her head tilted high.
Raising her right arm into the sky, she held her fingers outstretched, then twirled them shut. A snaking vine of fire went up her raised arm, and then off into the sky. from the girl's arm, a bird formed, wings outstretched, it soared in the smoke, it's golden red plumage shining. It circled the flames, observing the girl bellow with black intelligent eyes. Then it swooped and landed gently on her shoulder, singing a beautiful song of fire.
