My youth group was going to do that, but we were all busy the night it was scheduled for. So we're replanning it for some time in April. Good luck! I haven't done it before because last year I had basketball practice at the same time as youth group and couldn't come very often. But yeah, I'm really looking forward to it 😀 *gives virtual money* Have fun (ish ;D) yours will probably be before mine is so… ps spamboy andy thing (what did we wind up naming it? I think I'll call it Norman…) Anyhow, Norman says rext. it's like t-rex, but with the t at the end….that didn't make any sense….nevermind.

Ima❄❀♬ParticipantWow, that sounds wonderful! I'm glad you're doing it. I would, but I can do freerice and raise food for the starving people wothout starving myself, and I would just rather do it that way.
-
JeanParticipantOh, our confirmation class is doing that! Except, since I'm under 11, I have to eat a little food.
-
-
Laura❀ParticipantWell that's really great of you, but I don't quite see how you could be looking forward to it. I can't imagine it's going to be very enjoyable.
Good luck, and don't pass out. 🙂 I'm holding you in very high regard. I think it's awesome you're doing this.
-
Laura❀Participant@Ima, GO FREERICE!!!!
-
ZNZParticipantYeah, I do freerice too. 😀
Mom: You should really get off the computer now.
Me: But Mom, I'm building my vocabulary and ending world hunger!

St. Paul, MNI hope you do ok! I don't I'd really be able to do it because, well, right now I feel lightheaded and I had dinner last night!
-
MJParticipant14!!
That's awesome!!! Way to go. I've never actually done the 30 hour famine thing, but I once went 35 hours without food. I ate dinner, had nothing at all the next day, and then had breakfast the next morning. It really makes you appreciate the fact that you live in a place where good food is everywhere. Good luck! Hope you raise enough money!

socalThat's really kind. In the Roman Catholic Church we don't eat meat for 40 days and eat nothing on Friday.
