being a Disney geekNo. Lizzy, i am utterly stumped.
Umm… Ugh… I can't guess.
-
Princess P.ParticipantOkay, I admit it. I am not good at ALL at this game! 🙂 If you haven't guessed yet, I don't know which book Lizzy's quote comes from. I'm not saying that I haven't read very many books (I have read a LOT!), it's just that I haven't read any of the books that you guys have quoted from. 🙂 Needless to say, I will still be posting here (well, mostly to say that I don't know the answer! :-D), and I hope you guys guess the quote soon! 🙂

GermanyUmm… Something by Lavine?
-
LizzyParticipant14
TexasYou have read this book Princess P. You said so on the May book count. (I probably just gave it away)
-
AlexandraParticipant12
CluelessI have definitely never heard that one! Then again, that's what I thought about the Chasing Vermeer quote when I read it, and I must have read that book at least three times. The "dopey Sleeping Beauty" quote kind of reminds me of the Sisters Grimm, though.
-
Princess P.ParticipantWell, you probably can't completely give it away since I read 30 or so books in May, so that's how many books I have to guess. 🙂
I'm going to go with…The Penderwicks?
-
LizzyParticipant14
TexasYes you guessed it. I thought that quote was kind of funny. Do you know who said it?
-
OreganoParticipant13
Now you say, it's really familiar. :/ So, it's the narrator who says it, but she's speaking from Rosalind's point of view.
-
LizzyParticipant14
TexasWell the person thinking it is actually Skye.
-
OreganoParticipant13
doingmyNaNoWriMoReally? Hm, then I better reread the book. It's been a while anyway.

GermanyThe Penderwicks?! I've read it and I didn't recognize the quote at all!
-
AnalesiaParticipant12
being a Disney geek@ Princess P
Your turn… and I will get this one!
-
Princess P.ParticipantOh, I know when Sky thought this! I cannot believe I didn't recognize it before! Is it when the Penderwicks were at Jeffery's birthday party? Well, not at it, but after it when Dexter and Jeffery's mom (I forgot her name) were talking, dancing, and doing "what suspiciously sounded like kissing"? 🙂 Not sure if that's the exact quote from the book, but I put it in quotes anyways. Let's see, I'll go get a book now and type up the quote. I'll post it later!
-
Princess P.ParticipantOh, yes, and if you can't tell, I am SUPER excited that I just guessed one! I don't think I've EVER guessed a book quote on here! 😛
-
LizzyParticipant14
TexasActually it was when Mrs. Tifton and Dexter took Jeffrey to have an interveiw at Pencey and to Skye it weemed like the place was under a spell because no one seemed to be around and the place was so quite and forlorn.
-
Princess P.ParticipantOkay, thanks! I knew it was something like that…:-)
