Harry Potter

by J. K. Rowling (Joane Kathleen Rowling)

This books are great! At first I thought they sounded kind of weird, but when I bought one I thought it was really good. It is about a boy named Harry Potter who is adopted by his horible aunt and uncle and he can do really strange things. Then a mystical letter arives and soon after that he learns he is a wizard! Read all of the books of Harry Potter to find out about all his adventures at Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry while he battles with the altimate dark lord. My favorite one of these books is Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Askaban book 3.

Personally, I didn't like any of the books except the first one.  I especially hated deathly hallows.  I guess the books are fairly entertaining, but I definitly don't think that Rowling had any special talent as a writer.

i really love these books. Yeah, they are scary and they are sad, but they manage to perfectly captivate the reader and make them actually understand what's going on, not just the general situation, but inside the characters' heads, too. She makes it easy to relate to this teenage wizard, and i will read these books a million times, and never get tired of them.

Well, I personally think that J.K. Rowling is an awesome author! The Deathly Hallows is really sad though. I don't think the author should have made Fred or the other people die. That part made me want to cry! And my favorite book is The Goblet of Fire

Yes me too! But I hated the movie, they left so much out. I also love the Deathly Hallows. Even if it is part sad, the ending is happy enough. (not giving things away) My sister is totaly obsessed with Harry Potter. Her favorite the Order of the Phoenix.

GO JK ROWLING! She went from being poor to being a milionare!Cool

I agree! The first is the best and after that they just get worse and worse. The second is okay but the first is definitely the best. I disagree that J.K. Rowling dosen't have any talent. I think she has a lot of it!!! What's more is that even though I'm 10 I've read the all of the books nearly three times. I don't like The Deathly Hallows either, except I do like the nineteen years later part where Harry reassures his son Albus Severus Potter that it will be alright if he's in Slytherin and the Sorting Hat takes your choice into account. I own the whole sequence and am presently more than halfway through the sixth book even though it's weird and not very good. Goodbye!
